Golf weekend

We had a great stay at the villa and with it being 5 minutes from Royal Obidos and West Cliffs it was perfect for our golf weekend. The villa is really well presented and clean with the bonus of a newly installed pool which we used as the weather was really hot. Will definitely recommend.

Clean lagoon stay

Overall the place is clean and had all amenities except for the hairdryer. However, we chose this place as a location to travel to and from other sights but found that it is really out of the way. If you are looking to spend all of your time at the lagoon, then it is perfect. But you have to drive atleast 20 off the main highway with no gas or groceries nearby.

Lagoa Obidos

The house is comfortable and we’ll maintained, not luxurious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the lagoon and the Atlantic. There are 3 restaurants within a mile with good basic food, excellent seafood. We found a beach nearby with steps down to it making access to the Atlantic a bit easier. People in neighborhood are very friendly. Wifi is not great and does not work upstairs. Some items listed as available in the house were not there. The property manager provided them. The manager and her son were very helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely time, so great to have a pool right outside your door.

La maison est super bien placée, très jolie mais malheureusement avec les années trop de laisser aller ! Contrairement à l'annonce, pas de sèche cheveux, vaisselle très vieille, les casseroles dans un sale état, ménage pas fait dans les tiroirs que ce soit les chambres, salle de bains, la cuisine pleine de miette ! Silvia est réactive mais la maison est laissé allée ! La piscine qui a tourné quand on est arrivé, pas nettoyée, on a du appeler pour avoir un pisciniste, pas de ménage durant les 3 semaines que ce soit draps, linges, pour le prix ! En principe il y a un service 1 par semaine ou 2 semaines. Le grille pain ne fonctionne pas, le frigo sent fort ! Bref dommage car il y a tout pour bien faire mais je pense que le personnel de ménage ne fait pas bien son travail ! et qu'il faudrait investir dans 2 3 choses , étiquettes laissée dans les meubles, Pampers !!!! et autres... emplacement top, literie confortable, manque de gaz à l'arrivée également, mais Silvia a réagi rapidement. Voila, par rapport au prix et à la qualité de la maison c'est dommage. Peut être les prochains auront plus de chance et cela servira.

Bonjour Anne, j'accuse réception de vos commentaires sachant qu'au niveau du ménage, la maison est nettoyée et désinfectée avant chaque entrée de client. Comme il y a beaucoup d entrées et sorties le même jour, le personnel n a peut être pas regardé dans les tiroirs et leur attention a été relancée. En ce qui concerne les casseroles et autres accessoires usés, vous auriez dû mentionner leur état car nous venons justement de tout changer avant même de voir votre commentaire car j'ai trouvé en y allant que leur état était effectivement assez usé. Quand au pisciniste il passe une fois par semaine, je l'ai effectivement appelé dès que vous êtes arrivés car parfois avec les vents et autres pluies, ils sont obligés de repasser ce qui a été le cas pour vous mais comme vous le souligné nous sommes toujours à l'écoute et tous les problèmes si petits soient ils ont été reglé dès que vous les avez mentionnés. J'espère que vous avez quand même passé un bon séjour. Cordialement

La casa cumple las expectativas del anuncio. Amplitud zona exterior con su piscina y sus zonas de restauración y relajación. También se encuentra amplitud en habitaciones, salón y cocina. Algunos peros, los armarios de las habitaciones se quedan cortos al estar parcialmente cerrados, algunos fallos en mantenimiento (perdida de agua en 2 de las duchas, combustión de alguno de los fogones, alguna de las luces no funcionaba, las tumbonas de la piscina están para pensar en cambiarlas). Por otra parte, Sílvia ha sido muy atenta en nuestras comunicaciones aunque no la hayamos llegado a conocer.
