Come enjoy the peaceful easy feeling at Shoreline at Beaver Lake! Our lakefront home is located on a private road lake community. As you drive into the area, you immediately feel like you're far far away enjoying beautiful country side and nature, but you are only 5 miles from downtown Rogers and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking/biking and the many activities throughout Northwest Arkansas. Our home is truly lakefront with a completely unobstructed view of the lake year-round. Sit on the covered deck and enjoy the view and it's just a gentle walk straight to the water to swim, kayak, paddle board and fish. We have 2 kayaks, a paddle board, and fishing poles for our guests as well as an assortment of life jackets. *Ask about Pontoon Boat Rental availability*
Enjoy the fire pit and complimentary S'mores year-round! Our home is fully stocked to meet your needs from the kitchen to bath, bed and lake. We have plenty of parking if your bringing your boat or more than 1 car.
About the Space: Our home is a split level home - We do live on the bottom level, you will have complete and private access to the entire top level which is the main living quarters of the home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, living area and covered deck. Our guests have two private entrances to the home, one located next to the driveway and one from the private deck/balcony overlooking the lake. The water is right out the door! (Very gentle incline, no steep mountain climbing to get to the water)
Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi Internet, cable, Roku TV, coffee/tea, S'mores, charcoal grill, fire pit, fishing poles, kayaks, paddle board, life jackets, and beach towels.

This place was very nice and clean. The view of the lake was absolutley amazing from the covered patio. Hosts were very nice and responded fast when we had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend this for your next get away!

Perfect Lake house & hosts

House, beach and lake were perfect. The hosts clearly thought about what a family would need to really enjoy a weekend at the lake, and made it all available (paddle boards, kayaks, floating mat, fishing poles, smores, coffee pods, fire pit with wood and starters, on and on). Had an awesome time.

We had an amazing long weekend here and will be back! Owners are very accommodating and I highly recommend renting the boat for a day to see the lake. Beds were comfortable and all appliances needed to cook. The view is so serene and relaxing. Loved this place!

Lakefront weekend couples getaway

This place was exactly as described, right on the lake, they had everything we needed to fish paddle board and kayak . The The home was very clean. The beds were comfortable and all the cooking supplies you needed besides the food. I would definitely recommend this place very relaxing, quiet, peaceful, peaceful, and not too far from town, but I’ll away from town..

Peaceful Perfection

We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. Can’t say enough good things about the property. Super clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances, and kitchen is well supplied. We immensely enjoyed the large deck with plenty of deck furniture and unobstructed view of the lake. Everything you need is available inside and outside. The hosts were fantastic and take great care of their guests. We hope to return again and again.

Great Covered Deck

We would definitely stay here again. It rained most days, but the covered balcony deck was a wonderful place to sit and read, have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We spent most of our time on the deck. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. John and Kristy were great hosts, even checking to see if we needed anything when they went into town. We had a wonderful stay.

What a great time with family

John and Kristy are amazing folks and their place is beautiful....just perfect. Everything you need to enjoy the lake. The house is spot on with a fabulous deck, kayaks and paddle board for the lake. And we caught fish a few steps from our front door one afternoon. The boat was a great way to enjoy the lake as well...Beaver Lake is a beauty. I would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit a lake in Arkansas for a few days.

The property/house were very accommodating, very clean. Plenty of amenities to entertain everyone. Great atmosphere right on the water, and 20 min from town. I can’t say enough kind things about the host John and Kristy. They were very welcoming… They would ask if we needing anything from town when they would go. They have a pontoon boat available to rent if you desire to get out on the water….. which I highly recommend the lake is amazing! They have contacts for fishing guides available if needed. This is a great place to visit, and we will definitely be returning

Excellent stay!

John and Kristy as our hosts were the best! We had everything you could think of available to us during our stay. The location so close to town, view and access to lake right outside our door.
