Nichée dans un domaine privé, au calme absolu, notre villa de 310 m2 est spacieuse, chaleureuse et luxueuse. De construction récente elle dispose de prestations et d’équipements haut de gamme. Sur un terrain paysager de 2800m2 vous profiterez d’une grande piscine de 15x4,5, du sauna hamam, du pool house et d’une terrasse ombragée. La villa comprend une vaste pièce à vivre de 100m2, 4 chambres climatisées de plus 20m2, toutes avec salle de bain et wc, et enfin une cuisine digne d’un chef!

The house is beautiful, it is spacious, the rooms are big the pool is great, the host was really communicative and easy to chat to and helpful when we needed support to find a doctor for our little one. All very open plan, large bedrooms, clean and would recommend!

Very spacious house in large grounds with a wonderful pool. Great location for exploring the Côte d’Azur with most places of interest only about 30 - 45 minutes drive away. Roquefort les Pins has everything you might need - supermarket, fresh fruit & veg shop, butcher and bakery all within 10 minutes

Charming and peaceful spot at Code D’Azur

We spent 10 lovely days at this charming Provençale spot. It is well located at the French Riviera, close to Nice and beautiful St Paul de Vence. It is less than an hour to Cannes and a little more to St Tropez. You get to visit the entire coast but can also stay at home to enjoy the swimming pool and have dinner outside the house on a beautiful garden. The house is beautifully decorated and the rooms are spacious and well furnished. The living room is very charming and the kitchen well equipped. We just loved our stay.

Beautiful and luxurious house on a great location

We spent 2 weeks in this large, modern and luxurious house. Great location for trips to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez and little villages in the area. Enormous swimming pool and nice garden. Very private. Fully airconditioned rooms. Owner is responsive to any questions you may have. But there is not much extra to wish for.

Really lovely home for our family to vacation (6 adults, 4 young kids), pictures don’t do justice for the home. There is a lot of room and nicely laid out so that we never felt crowded but still felt cosy for spending family time together. Kitchen is well equipped with accessories so when we did want to cook we weren’t wanting for anything. Beds are all really comfy and there were lots of pool toys and other toys for the kids. Location was perfect for us - private and safe but close enough to do day trips to Antibes, Nice etc. Amazing bakery is just down the street and is also close to other amenities like a grocery store. While there, the pool had a problem with the pump but we reached out to the owner and she was very responsive and had it fixed that day. The only thing we were slightly disappointed about was that there was no stock of certain necessities, like dishwasher tablets or even dish soap, and shampoo/ conditioner. We were not aware that we’d have to bring these so ended up purchasing and leaving there. Overall, we had a really nice stay.

Des Moments de Repos

Nous avons passé des vacances agréables. Notre séjour était tout nous avons voulu. La maison est en bon ordre et la piscine était bien pour toute la famille. St Paul de Vence est très proche pour rendre visite mais nous avons passé la plupart du temps tranquillement dans le jardin, la piscine et la maison.
