MAIN HOUSE
The sunlit home is designed to combine modern comfort with natural beauty, featuring cathedral ceilings, skylights, and expansive glass windows offering breathtaking views. The main house has 3 bedrooms, all with Tempurpedic mattresses: a master suite with a king bed and en-suite rain shower, a queen bedroom, and a kids' room with a twin bunk bed and trundle. An additional office with a cozy couch provides extra space. The house includes 2.5 baths, with a second full bath featuring a tub.

Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, enjoy music with the Sonos system throughout, and unwind with two Samsung Frame TVs in the main house and a TV in the cottage. Central AC and heat ensure year-round comfort, and the cozy fireplace in the main house adds a warm ambiance.

GUEST COTTAGE
The guest cottage is a spacious retreat with 20ft ceilings, skylights, and a glass front blending indoor and outdoor living. It features a sleeping loft with a queen Tempurpedic mattress overlooking the living space, accessible via a spiral staircase. The cottage also includes a small kitchenette, a convertible twin sofa bed, a full bathroom, and its own TV. Perfect for extra guests or a private getaway! Great house for kids

We rented this house for family that was visiting from out of town, including 4 girls ages 3-7. The set up was perfect for us, including a crib, pack n play, toys and craft materials for the kids, kids plates and utensils, and plenty of space for family gatherings. It’s also a beautiful house and Yanni and Yuli were excellent hosts. Yuli met us at the property when we arrived to show us around the house and was very responsive to texts. They also accommodated early check in and late check out. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Property

This property wows in every aspect! This lovely, updated home sits on a private, lush and beautiful property. The home is comfortable, modern, updated and clean. The owners take the extra steps to offer well-appointed and thoughtful amenities. We appreciated the greeting and personal tour upon checking in and felt welcomed. The home is spacious but also offers privacy. The large windows showcase the amazingly beautiful natural surroundings and allow plenty of natural light. We will absolutely stay here again whenever we are in the area. We highly recommend this property.
