This recently upgraded townhouse with extremely comfortable accommodations. The kitchen features elegant granite countertops, tile floors and modern appliances. The house has a propane BBQ grill, and private parking. The house is located in a nature-filled community with a lake. Situated in a very central location, the home is close to USF, Moffitt Hospital, and Busch gardens while less than an hour's drive from the beautiful beaches of Clearwater and St Pete Beach as well as the theme parks in Orlando. The Tampa Airport is about 30 minutes away.

This home features a theater room with an Xbox One gaming system and projection television. Theater has a futon for day that converts to sleeping space for 2 at night.
