After using the ample counter space and stainless steel appliances of the full kitchen to whip up tonight's new masterpiece, serve up to six guests at the handsome dining table while the dishwasher takes care of those dirty dishes. The private patio is a great space for enjoying your morning coffee before heading out to the beach or taking a swim in the shared pool.

Great location and comfortable beds

This was a great rental! Guest services was great at handling the only issue we had very quickly - the code we were sent in text/email did not work and they were available on the phone despite our late arrival time, so we were able to get inside. The home was clean and everything we could need in the kitchen was there. Location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach with small children.

Even nicer in person

Much better than expected. Literally steps from the beach. The place is just lovely. Comfy cozy and relaxing. You’re looking at the pool from the patio. Walk to food spots. We’ve already recommended to friends and we will stay here again.

The property was very nice and suited our needs perfectly!

We loved the property! It was supplied with plenty of towels and bedding. The pool was a blessing with the kids, and we had the option of using the grills outside (but it rained so much we didn’t get to enjoy that part). The property manager was very rude and curt with us and other guests. She also kept saying she had nothing to do with the rentals, only the property itself. Otherwise, the tenants and guests were all very friendly.

We loved the condo it was clean warm and inviting! Love the pool! Just steps from the beach! Love the location! Only complaint was the noise from our neighbors above us. The blender didn't work and we ran out of trash bags and soap. We didn't realize we had to provide all of that ourselves. Other than that it was a great experience!

Clean but mediocre

The rooms were “clean and nice” outside of the millipedes constant crawling everywhere, had a worker apply epoxy while we stayed there so the smell was stout. In 10 years it’s been the worst experience due to mattress springs in the back, and the constant battle with bugs, even found a roach. Very disappointed this time around.

Awesome Location!

The condo is in a perfect location, only 2 min walk to the beach. The only issue was that the Shower pressure was horrible, really difficult to shower. Bathroom at the main bedroom tub was clogged so we couldn’t use it. I called the office and they told me to use the plunger. It did not work at all and no one came to check. We found a blood stain in the sheets.

Great location, nice condo but needs some TLC

Location was fantastic and decor was nice. Master bed is worn on one side - mattress is not supportive. Side of fridge is rusting and horrible to look at - lowers the feeling of the entire place. The dining table is too large for room and makes getting round it difficult to sit. Broom closet was junky. Outside of condo is worn with rotting wood and peeling paint in places. Easily a 5 star review with fridge and mattress improvements even with other noted items.

I liked the location close to the beach and family at mediteranea next door the place was not super clean and refrigerator rust on side people around us piling beach toys right outside our door I am sorry to say I will not return to this complex was hoping for something nicer . It is convenient location though.

The home was comfortable. Close to the beach. The upstairs neighbor was terrible but not the renters fault. The kitchen is a little smaller than you think but it was a good stay overall. I would stay here again
