About the host
Hosted by Luke Roseboom
We are Luke and Kim, and we live 45 minutes west of Indianapolis, IN. We have seven kids ranging from 5 to 19. There's never a dull moment around our house, and we enjoy every minute of it. We have a dog, cats, chickens, goats, and ten acres to run around. We enjoy being outside in the garden and all the peace that comes with country living.
We have been renting out the Best Day Ever! since January 2022, but have just recently decided to transition from a property management group to managing the unit ourselves. It's a much more enjoyable experience, for both parties, when you have that direct connection.

Why they chose this property
We like to equate staying at the Best Day Ever! to camping. When you're camping, there's a unique sense of safety; everyone's your friend, the kids all play together, and you watch out for each other.
There's plenty of green space for the kids to run around. And, when you're not at the beach, the zero-entry pool makes for a great place to hang out. If you enjoy grilling, there are charcoal grills located throughout the property. During the summer months, you might even be able to catch a nighttime, poolside movie.
If your ideal vacation involves staying put, the Best Day Ever! is perfect for you. There's a Winn-Dixie just a mile and a half away. Grab your groceries for the week and you won't need your car again. Restaurants, ice cream, coffee, wine and shopping are all within walking distance.
Alternatively, there are plenty of places to explore, if you enjoy going out.
