LA BOURBOULE, agréable maison récente de 70m² bénéficiant d'une très belle vue située à environ 1km du centre et des thermes.
Elle se compose d'une pièce à vivre ouvrant sur terrasse.
Cuisine US totalement équipée avec plaque induction 3 zones, four, hotte, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur grand modèle avec petit espace congélateur, lave-vaisselle...
Salle d'eau (douche) avec sèche-serviettes.
Toilette indépendant.
Cellier avec lave-linge-séchant.
A l'étage:
Une chambre équipée d'un lit 140.
Une chambre équipée de 2 lits gigognes et un convertible BZ.
La terrasse bénéficie d'une vue dégagée, un salon de jardin et un barbecue sont à votre disposition.
Stationnement privatif sur le côté de la maison.
Location pour 8 personnes maximum.
