First thing, use the full kitchen's blender to whirl up a refreshing cocktail then take it out to the private balcony to breathe in the salty sea air while watching the waves roll in. Challenge a friend to a good game on the basketball or tennis court or in the shared game room. Later, head out to the beach and spend the afternoon playing in the pounding surf. You'll love watching movies on the large TV, especially when you enjoy it with lots of hot buttered popcorn. Take a good soak in the shared hot tub to enjoy a little personal time with a favorite novel.

All-A-Board Surf School is just five miles west with private or group lessons from friendly and qualified instructors who want nothing more than to get you up and crashing waves as soon as possible! Family beach stay

Our 4th stay at mainsail. The location to the beach is great. Beach chairs and umbrella set up a plus. Rental cost of this condo was great. This is a nice condo, just could use a little touch up.

Great spot!

Mainsail 341 was a great spot to stay. Decent view from the balcony, pool and beach were close. Food and shopping were also close. Just need a new mattress in the big bedroom, as it sinks in the middle and the balcony furniture could use an upgrade. The legs are wobbly on the table and chairs. No other issues. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Stay at Mainsail

We always enjoy staying at Mailsail for the location, beach, and amenities. We have stayed at several different condos on the property. On arrival there was a busted pipe in the building we were staying in and we had no running water until around 11pm, that was an odd occurrence I understand. I did contact the owner/Vacasa but went and talked to the repair people and figured it out on my own before any communication back. The only other issue was no fan or light in the master bedroom was working. I notified owner of this but no response. Despite this we had a wonderful time at the beach and we always enjoy Mainsail.

Beautiful! Beautifully decorated, well-maintained. Beautiful view of the ocean.

This unit was beautifully decorated with updated beach Decor! We were able to unwind and totally enjoy the vacation vibe that this condo offered. Everything was extremely clean, and everything we needed was there in the unit. The large open floor plan allowed us all to be together during family time. The separation between the bedrooms is extremely nice as well, for when we needed privacy. We loved sitting in the giant circle chair and looking out the window during the rainstorm. Pool access is convenient as is the beach. There is lots of shopping nearby, including the outlets that are just across the main Road. Restaurants and shopping both within walking distance.

Great Location!

The location was great, the decor was lovely, it was super clean but the property itself needs some work. The elevator closest to our unit only worked about half the time, and the fire department was out twice in a week, that I know of, to get people out of that elevator. The beach set up was a little disappointing. We were told that the first row is reserved for who, I don't know. And, everywhere else is first come first serve. We've been coming here for years and that was not the case previously. The only complaint I have with the unit itself is that the pillows were terrible and there were no coat hangers. I would give the unit a 5 star, but Mainsail a 4.

Nice Place and Close to the Beach be careful of the main bathroom

Nice place but needs a little attention. Tried to get an earlier check in at 4 but was not able too we had arrived into Destin around 1. Upon arrival we were notified that parking was scarce due to the main parking area undergoing some repairs due to a struck pole and that we should have been notified by the owners but never was you had to park quite a ways from the unit, Unit is on the 3 rd floor and relatively close to 2 elevators and a corner unit which makes it nice. We had a party of 4 so someone was going to sleep on the pull out couch and when we pulled it out the sheets were dirty and had hair and sand all over them,, i had made contact with Vacasa around 6 but did not get a phone call till the following morning asking if we wanted them washed, we had already washed them since was the only bedding there. Main bathroom off the master needs updated and some safety items too the floor is tile and when wet it is very slick nd no hand railing for when you get out of the shower so be careful. Beds are very comfortable and has plenty of room, Also in the closet is some extra chairs and umbrellas to use along with the beach service provided which is nice. Overall we had a great vacation and did enjoy our stay Pros: nice location beach service spacious unit extras for the beach cons: main bathroom needs updated needs to be cleaner or have extra bedding available could use a binder with helpful places to eat around location

Love Love Love

We had the best time - the condo was beautifully decorated with a fresh clean beach feel. The check in and check out was seamless. Right near the pool And a gorgeous walk to the beach. Parking area was covered. Across from outlet mall. We recommend eating breakfast at 2-birds cafe and we had the most delicious dinner at Surf Hut. Wanted to play tennis but ran out of time.

bad experience

I came here for a short trip with my family and I am totally not pleased with this condo. The condo is nice but some other issues we had to deal with was bad. The fridge was not cooling, the bathtub didn't drain, the dryer's button was out of place and left on top of dryer .We couldn't wash our clothes and left them wet to bring home since i was so scare to touch the dryer. Call Vacasa but no one showed up. It seems i have the same issue with other and they never fix them. I am not recommending . Won't be back for next trip.

Great Place

Condo has updated furniture & is even better than the listing pics. Awesome water view from balcony! A few kitchen items are needed like a non-stick cookie sheet & a cast iron skillet. Beds were pretty comfortable. One negative - Hot water never lasted for family of four. Overall, Mainsail is a wonderful place right on the beach!

Nice Condo

Nice condo at Mainsail. Had some issues with a few things that were broken when we checked in but Vacasa sent maintenance over to fix them the next day. We never had access to free WiFi. We did call and report this as well but no one got back with us on what to do. There were two WiFi networks with this room number but both required a password and our check in instructions said there was no password needed. Also, a little more attention needs to be given to cleaning. There was still a lot of sand on the floor and my kids feet were black within 5 minutes. The couches needed to be vacuumed and one of the pillows had food all over it. This condo has been redone so nicely and I would hate to see poor cleaning ruin it.
