Spacious barn catering for up to 2 persons and will allow upto 2 pets. (Pets are never to be left alone in the property at any time.)

Lovingly restored with local stone, this property boasts underfloor heating which is individually controlled in each room. Wood/Tiled floors throughout.

Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with 43" smart TV flat screen, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. One bedroom with kingsize bed and 32" TV, ensuite bathroom with bath/toilet/basin. Patio area with furniture, courtyard parking.

All heating/hot water and electricity is included in your stay. Free WiFi. Towels and bed linen provided. (Linen/Towel change weekly). 3 night minimum booking.

The smithy is a great size..very comfortable, fabulous kingsize bed, Great fridge/freezer, cooker microwave, TV..the list goes on...oh...and a quiet kettleHorses, donkeys, rabbits, the list goes on again.Really worth a stay!

I cant believe we discovered such a gem. A beautiful place to stay, very clean and really peaceful. The owners have 100% thought of everything you may need for your break away.. I have never stayed anywhere that has been really well equipped and the little extra touches that make your stay special. .And then there is the welcome pack …. Absolutely perfect for us. My wife, the dog and I found everything we wanted. The 'cottage' was a good size with everything we needed. It was well equipped and everything worked as it should. We would use this place again if we were to revisit the area.

Peace and quiet

Exactly what I needed at the time. Whilst dog friendly there was nowhere for the dogs to do their toilet unless I walked down the lane which was also used by traffic. A dedicated dog area would be an added bonus to an amazing place to stay. I will definitely be booking again 👍

Well located near the Botanic Garden and castles.

Property was fine, only drawback whilst we were there was the wind but it is what it is. Only complaint was nothing to do with the property, more that the O2 network coverage was poor, but other networks are available, so no wifi became a problem, but EE wifi is available if you are a BT customer.

Mooi huisje op een prachtige locatie

Wat een fijn huisje om enige tijd te verblijven. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals een vaatwasser, wasmachine, stofzuiger en wc-papier.We hebben genoten de prachtige en rustige locatie en centrale ligging.Bij aankomst was het huisje matig schoongemaakt. We troffen overal hondenharen aan en de tafels waren nog erg plakkerig. Na dit zelf even schoongemaakt te hebben, hebben we genoten van alle gemakken.
