Charming and peaceful, with natural shade under our magnificent palm tree and plenty of sunshine, the complex is located in the Capellans area (800 m away, where you’ll find a bakery, fish market, mini-market, and newsstand), near the main stadium and the botanical garden....

The swimming pool, located 100m away and reserved for residents, is accessible with a pass provided upon arrival; it is open from June through September (subject to health restrictions).

We provide our 5 bicycles free of charge; a child seat is available at no extra cost. Please take good care of them and repair any flat tyres if necessary.

Bed linens and towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel) can be provided for an additional fee of 8€ per person as follows:

- 1 set 140*190: €16

End-of-stay cleaning is available for €70.

We accept pets for an additional fee of €30.

Personalised welcome
The security deposit for the accommodation and bicycles is collected by Vrbo. A security deposit of 70€ is required by our service provider upon your arrival and will be refunded if no damage is found upon your departure.
