Ideally located next to Emeraude between Saint-Malo at 12km and Dinan at 15km, this gîte in a farmhouse completely renovated in 2019 overlooks the Rance at 200m. Comfortably arranged and equipped for your family stays, you will enjoy a spacious living space and a garden with lawn, a south-facing terrace and the immediate proximity of the footpaths along the Rance.
