In an old school, this cottage will seduce you with its comfort and authenticity. In the heart of a village on the banks of the Rance, it is ideally situated for visiting Saint Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel and the superb Rance valley. You will also be charmed by Saint Suliac (2 km, photo nmr 20), classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The gîte, completely renovated, is made up of a cathedral living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds, bathroom with bath and shower.
Underfloor heating, WIFI, canalsat, barbecue, garden furniture and parking in front of the gîte in an enclosed courtyard. Possibility of online racing at the Super U of Plouer sur Rance at 5 km.
An enclosed garden allows animals to be welcomed in peace.

Beautiful Cottage and Location

We were all welcomed with a smile and Lottie loved her new Friend , Loic's family dog . The property was a great location for our days out. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean . We were meant on arrival and Loic came to say Goodbye. Loic arranged a Vets appointment for us to get the paperwork for Lotties return to the UK. Everything was very straightforward , we had a lovely time . Thank you Loic

This is a beautifully renovated property with superb attention to detail. Everything has been thought about - the kitchen is fitted to the highest standard ; the bathroom has an excellent shower ; the living room is homely ,comfortable and stylish ; bedrooms are light and airy and everything spotlessly clean. Our hosts Loic and Genevieve could not be more welcoming and Nino is an absolute delight - the smiliest waggiest dog in France. It’s ideally situated for Rennes,St Malo, Dinan , Cancale and the walk along the sea front at Dinard is a must. The baker in the village is superb and Bistro de la Greve in St Suliac is highly recommended .It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we hope to return.

Le gite Sainte Anne, ancienne école, est aménagé et décoré avec un goût certain par Loïc Morel et son épouse.Il est très bien situé et positionné pour permettre une visite de la Côte d'Emeraude et des bords de La Rance.Superbement tenu le gite est d'une propreté absolue, parfaitement équipé et joliment décoré. Son aménagement intérieur est original et très fonctionnel.L'accueil est très chaleureux et la disponibilité des propriétaires réelle. On se sent tout de suite à l'aise et aimablement accueilli.Un petit jardin privatisé est encore un plus bien agréable et qui a été bien apprécié par notre chat qui pouvait ainsi profiter d'un espace sécurisé et plein de recoins et arbustes à explorer.Le parking dans la cour intérieure est bien pratique et soulage de toute préoccupation de stationnement.Alors grand merci Loïc pour votre accueil et le soin dont vous avez fait preuve pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Wir haben 12 wundervolle Nächte in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist groß und hell und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, von dort aus kann man tagsüber hervorragend Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (St.Malo, Mont Saint-Michel) an der Smaragdküste machen, die alle nicht weit entfernt sind. Das hübsche Dorf Sans Suliac an dem Fluß La Rance ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Im kleinen Garten kann man die Aussicht ins Grüne und die Abendsonne genießen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt!

Erholung in La Ville es Nonais

Unser Aufenthalt war zauberhaft. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und doch lassen sich einige der schönsten Städte im Norden der Bretagne wie Dinard, Dinan, Cancale und St Malo innerhalb von Max 30 Minuten dem Auto erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und hat einen schönen kleinen eingezäunten Garten. Für Reisende mit Kindern und Haustieren ideal. Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen und ein sehr guter Super U Markt in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollten wir nochmal in die Gegend fahren, würden wir definitiv noch einmal hier buchen.

Eine außergewöhnliche und sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schön umgebauten alten Schule. Der Umbau wurde sehr durchdacht mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgeführt und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener, eingezäunter Garten, ideal für Hunde oder Kinder. Wir wurden vom Besitzer sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen die Besonderheiten (Bedienung der Fußbodenheizung, etc.) erklärt. Im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Cidre als Willkommensgruß für uns bereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Zeit in der Bretagne

Wir haben im Ferienhaus von Ioic Morel eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Es bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Herr Morel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . La Ville-es-Nonais ist ein idealer Standort, um diesen Teil der Bretagne - mit St. Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Dinan und dem Mont St. Michel - zu entdecken. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Magnifique gite avec un hôte très sympathique et accueillant

On a passé un séjour formidable dans un gîte très beau , très propre et très bien placé avec un petit jardin clôturé.Le propriétaire toujours à l’écoute avec plein d’idées de visite très accueillant et sympathique…. A recommander.
