We had a perfect stay! Lovely home in the village of Chaucre, close to the beach and nearby market in Domino. The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und grundsätzlich mit Akku-Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Ventilatoren sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings waren nicht wie im Inserat angegeben Fahrräder und ein Grill vorhanden. Der Grill sollte noch nachgeliefert werden, dies ist aber leider nicht erfolgt. Auch die Matratze ist sehr durchgelegen. Das Sofa war ebenfalls nicht das, welches auf dem Foto abgebildet ist. Ingesamt ist die Wohnung aber für 2 Personen sehr gut für einen Badeurlaub auf der Insel geeignet und bietet wirklich alles was man benötigt. Der Stand von Chaucre ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Eine tolle Bäckerei ist um die Ecke und Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden.Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister Antoine verlief sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall wohlgefühlt.

Maison très bien située au coeur de Chaucre et à deux pas des plages. La maison est petite mais tout est très fonctionnel. Cécilia a été très arrangeante et nous la remercions pour cela.

Petit atypique et sympathique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dernière semaine de juin 2023. Emplacement idéal pour aller à la plage. Ce qui est appréciable c'est que les chiens peuvent aller à la plage avec des créneaux ce qui n'est pas le cas pour les autres plages. Manque vraiment de place pour stationner les voitures cela ne doit pas être facile en plein été. Très beau village typique.

Bonjour Anne Laure et Merci pour votre appréciation. Concernant les places nous n’avons pas eu de retour négatif jusqu’ici y compris avec les locataires sur les périodes estivales. Il y a des grands parkings à proximité et d’autres sont ouverts en cas de très forte affluence sur ce petit village typique. Ils sont tous à 5min maximum à pied de la maison. Magique

Petit cocon douillet, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Petit mais tellement mignon ! Il y a tout pour passer un super séjour, dont deux vélos adultes mis a disposition (sinon c'est 60€ la semaine par vélo !). Lits de qualité et coin tranquille. Tout petit petit bémol, la voiture ne peut se garer dans la cour, mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter 😅.

Joli logement

Logement moderne et fonctionnel aménagé avec goût. Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas utilisable lorsqu'il pleut car la couverture en plastique ondulée est en mauvais état . Bémol pour la petite chambre où le vélux n'est pas accessible (prévoir un ventilateur). Sinon super séjour tout se fait facilement à vélo et l'île est magnifique !

Sommerurlaub

Das kleine Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es sind alle benötigten Utensilien vorhanden. Sogar zwei Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung, leider gab es keinen Abstellplatz dafür. Die kleine Terrasse ist gerade für zwei Personen nutzbar. Außerdem kann man sie nicht bei guten Sommerwetter nutzen, da sie sich sehr Stark durch das Vordach aufheizt. Auch gibt es keine Möglichkeit im Haus die Temperaturen zu regulieren. Die Matratzen sind leider schon durchgelegen.

Merci Hagen pour votre appréciation. Nous espérons qu’avec cette note vous avez tout de même su apprécier la maison malgré vos remarques que nous prenons bien évidemment en compte. Pour les vélos, nous n’avons effectivement pas d’emplacement privatif mais on peut les stocker facilement dans la venelle normalement. Nous n’avons pas encore eu l’occasion d’améliorer l’extérieur comme nous le souhaitons mais la pergola sera modifiée. Et sans la canicule elle est très agréable. Pour les matelas que nous avons changés l’année dernière, nous allons nous renseigner. Très bonne continuation à vous. Cedric & Cecilia

Petite maison très charmante

Nous avons été ravis de l'endroit, tant pour l'accueil que la qualité et l'emplacement du bien. Très très calme, coquet et agréable, tout nous a parfaitement convenu. Il n'y a pas d'emplacement privatif pour garer la voiture mais nous avons trouvé vraiment sans problème des places à proximité. Les vélos à disposition sont un plus ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Location Oléron chaleureuse

Location idéale dans village au calme. Tout confort et bien agencé. Petite terrasse pour prendre l’apéro et déjeuner très sympa. Balade à vélo et proche de la mer.
