About this property

New Cosy Apartment at Marvest Huahin City Center

The most convenient location in Huahin. Every place is within walking distance, either restaurants, bars, super market, hospital, shopping mall, Huahin night market and Beach. The apartment is brand new with 35 sq.m2, separated between bed room and kitchen. We have balcony with table and 2chairs. The room is located in south direction with street view, not the sea view but you can walk to the beach within 5 mins.

Apartment is located in main road but yet very safe with Security Guard 24 hrs and private entry with only access key card can enter the building, fitness, elevator and the apartment.

Free WIFI in community area ( fitness, guest lounge, swimming pool and base floor)and high speed WIFI is also available in room. TV is Samsung smart TV 55” which is connected wirelessly to network.

I use high quality of linen bed and duvet 600 threading equivalent to 5stars hotel. Spare bedsheet, pillow sheet and duvet cover is available for monthly stay with free of charge.

Kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, electric stove, kettle, toaster and all kitchenware( 2 pots, 2 pans).

Balcony space for relax.

Excellent location

The apartment was pretty central with easy walking distance to the clocktower and night market. Facilities were excellent and there was even a Samsung washing machine on the terrace.The communal pool was a really good size for serious swimming and nice and shady.Good communication with Annie the owner. The check-in area was slightly difficult to find as you have to walk through the blocks to the car park to find it.

Beautiful!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and in a great location, an easy walk to the beach or to any one of a number of good restaurants. We were able to walk to a grocery store, markets, etc. if we needed transportation it was easily available. The staff at the condo were very quick to help us with any problems. All the appliances worked very well and were easy to figure out. A+ Excellent!

Annie is very responsive and accommodating. Place is clean and tidy. The stove top took a bit to figure out but I eventually did. Maybe some written instructions would be helpful on how to use.

Hua Hin Marvin condo stay

The Marvin Complex is on the main street and centrally located. I could walk to everything necessary for daily living. 7-11 and market very close. Shopping mall and night market a little further. Beach is about 12 minutes. The condo is small, clean, looks nice, nice large pool and a/c workout room. 24hr friendly guards and keycard protected. Scooter parking available and free. Condo a/c worked well. Annie responded to my several questions/issues within minutes. Each problem was resolved quickly. Condo staff was the same. Very nice. I would stay here again. The building overlooks Soi 80 walking street and music can be heard until 1am. Most of the time is not loud, but one or two weekend nights it was. I was there a month.

Marvest Hua Hin

The apartment is nicely furnished and clean. It faces the pool and is therefore very quiet, in contrast to the units that are facing main street or Soi 80. Due to the location right in the town center (one of the best locations in Hua Hin), beach, restaurants, supermarkets, night markets, entertainment districts (Soi Bintabaht/Soi 80) are within walking distance. The staff (security/cleaning/maintenance/administration), are very friendly and always helpful. Sufficient parking spaces for cars/scooters. Not only is Annie very helpful and friendly, inquiries are answered promptly, usually within minutes. The online operating instructions for electrical appliances such as stove, washing machine, TV, etc., were also very useful, as was the list of important emergency numbers (hospitals, tourist police, etc.). Attention smokers: Smoking is not allowed on the balcony! There is a designated smoking area on the ground floor, between buildings A+B. Summary: Excellent stay !!!

Great complex,pool was fantastic and gym was fine for a short stay.The unit was one of the cleanest and well accessorized places I have stayed in.Building personal were friendly and welcoming especially security staff who you encountered everyday.Location and walking ability to everything was outstanding. The only negative issue is the unit faces the street which is very busy and vehicle noise is a factor especially at night.
