Our apartment is located within the Baan Saen Saran Condominium Complex, which is located in the city center of the Royal Beach Destination Hua Hin.
The location provides direct beach access to the well known beach of Hua Hin, a beautiful designed garden area, and several swimming pools.
Several supermarkets are within walking distance, and will provide all necessary items you might require. Restaurants and other shopping possibilities are provided also within walking distance or downtown Hua Hin.
The full furnished apartment has a size of approx 140 sqm, and consists of 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and a Terrace. All rooms are air conditioned. We provide as well :

Hidden gem

A hidden gem in Hua Hin. Much more than a hotel stay. Close to everything. 2 minutes walk to beach. 3 well maintained pools and clean well kept grounds. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Great break after 3 years!

This was our first trip back to Thailand in 3 years. The condo was really great in terms of location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. There are several night markets close by as well as shopping centers for groceries. I would highly recommend this property and will be back for a longer stay.

Great apartment in a good well maintained condo complex

The statement is great in an older condo complex. The only issue is the beds are very hard for our standards. Apart from that it’s a great apartment with a quirky African theme

Dear Jean-Claude, first of all thank you for staying with us. Highly appreciated. Well yes the Complex is older, but the location and the value for money, and the gracious pools (3 swimming pools, huge garden) gives it a resort Character, which is hard to find in Hua Hin. Especially with direct beach location. As well our pricing for a fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment with over 150 qm is very reasonable including also the costs like electric city and water. Therefore I believe that we offer a very reasonable deal. The bedrooms had been equipped with new furniture's, and matrasses approx. 2-3 months ago. Well I guess on the hardness or softness of a matrass everybody got a different feeling and needs. Very difficult to make it right for everybody. But we do hope you and your family had a good time, and looking forward to welcome you again

Great flat

We had a lovely stay. The residence is beautiful! 3 huge swimming pools within a magnificent garden and direct access to the beach! Very comfortable flat with great amenities. The A/C could do with updating as quite noisy and difficult to set to the right temperature. Managing staff very friendly and helpful. The condo is extremely safe with guards patrolling. We recommend the flat!

Strange

Although the premises were well kept, there were COCKROACHES running all over the apartment. The towels were of poor quality(not absorbing) and no cleansers nor shampoo. A HORRIFYING & STRANGE experience. Never return again

Dear Lars, Many thanks for your comment. I am a bit surprised about the complain of our matrasses. They are only 5 months old, and are normal matrasses. So far nobody of our previous guests mentioned anything and rated our apartment well. I think everybody has their own sense about the matrass. Some want weak, soft, other middle, others hard. I also do not understand why you not contacted us ot the front offices if there is a smell. In fairness the previous guests, checked out one day before your arrivel, and they reported that all was very fine and they enjoyed.

Gerne wieder!

Check in war unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber sehr kommunikativ. Die Lage ist spür -Keine 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bluport entfernt. Die Anlage ist traumhaft und wird täglich gepflegt. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Was man vielleicht noch verbessern könnte: einen 2. Schlüssel und Strandhandtücher.

Vakantie van 14 december tot 2 januari

Wij hebben hier onze vakantie gevierd, met ons gezin. Het is een super appartement met een heerlijk groot algemeen zwembad. Met het strand en de prachtige zee ernaast. Meer dan genoeg terrasjes eet tentjes en schoppingmalls op loop afstand. Een super locatie om alles op loop afstand te ondernemen. Als het ons past komen we zeker weer een keer terug. Opphaldet frå 14.febr til 14.mars 2020 var helt fint. Fin beliggenhet med marked , shoppingsenter og restauranter i gåavstand. Leiligheten er romslig og godt utstyrt,hage og bassengområdet er helt fantastisk og ligger ved den fine stranden. Bare synd det er så få senger ved bassenget der samme folka låg på samme sengene en hel mnd. Vi var to par, og følte noen ganger det var vanskelig å ha bare ett sett nøkler. Utleier var svært hyggeleg, og lett å forholde seg til. Anbefaler gjerne denne leiligheten. Mvh.Reidun, Norge

Veldig bra. Store rom, greit kjøkken,men savna stekeovn. Så et par kakkerlakker i leiligheten,- !!😱 Godt utstyrt forøvrig med alle typer kjøkken-apparater bortsett fra oppvaskmaskin. Hadde problem med lekkasje fra en beholder i forb.med kaldlufta på ene soverommet og en defekt varmtvannsbereder på badet på samme soverom,- men ble fikset umiddelbart av håndtverkere!👏 Ellers hadde vi en flott ferie i leilighet på et flott anlegg! Family Holiday

The apartment is lovely, with great facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are fantastic. Situated on the beach which has horse rides, jet skis, etc available. At low tide you can walk along the beach for miles. The apartment is also only a short walk from the Blu port shopping arcade which has a variety of shops and restaurants. And in the other direction Tamarind market and more restaurants and bars.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was ideal for our family. Big rooms, plenty of space. The grounds and pools are beautiful. Location is great. Local shops etc near by. A short walk to a large shopping center and a short tuk tuk ride to the town center.

We loved staying in the flat. What a location and the pools were well kept.

The flat was well stocked with kitchen utensils and the rooms were of good size. All the rooms had ensuite bathrooms which is a definite plus. With the seclusion of the pools and the private access to the beach one to bear in mind for a return visit. Thankyo.

Walking distance to beach and three large, well-maintained pools!

Perfect spot for our family of 5 to relax during April Break. There are three large, well-maintained pools almost right outside the front door and the beach is only about a 2 minute walk across the property. Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay near pools and the beach!

Très beau condominium avec belles piscines et accès direct à la plage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à hua hin dans ce condominium très bien entretenue ( belles piscines, jardin superbe , accès direct plage ). Concernant l appartement : spacieux , nettoyage en milieu de séjour et fin de séjour appréciable , bien équipé ) . Un bémol sur la literie , en arrivant dans l’ appartement qui n avait pas été aéré depuis un certain temps une odeur désagréable pendant plusieurs jours d humidité et de vieux, il faudrait l aéréer plus souvent et changer les draps. Pour le reste super appartement . Je le recommande .

A spacious apartment set in beautiful gardens next to beach

A spacious well equipped apartment with large comfy beds, air conditioning was good in every room. Set in beautiful gardens that are very well maintained. Security guards on site. We had no problem getting sunbeds next to the beach. There s a Family Mart close by to buy provisions. It was out of town so we caught taxis into town which was only about 150 baht. The owner answered any questions very quickly. Had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful apartment complex right on the beach. Beach is kept clean always. 24 hours security.

We recommend this place for family. We only encountered two problems while staying here. First, the sheets smelled meldrew and we couldn't sleep all night long. We had them changed the next day. Second, there were lizards crawling on the walls in two of the bedrooms. My brother-in-law captured four and removed them. Other than that, the place is beautiful. 7 eleven is right across the street and there are lots of street foods across the street too. The place is clean and very private with 24 security guards on ground. Nice pools and clean beach. Calida night market is within walking distance; about half a mile to the south. Foods are expensive there. The best place to find Lunch and dinner is the Hua Hin Market Village. Each floor has a food court. Thai foods, which located on the bottom floor are inexpensive. Upper floors have Korean, Japanese and western foods. Use the green taxi for transportation. Only 10 baht per person each way. Visit the market for fresh seafood to grill at home. Warning. We visited Hua Hin in July and there were lots of jellyfish on the beach. They are poisonous so please warn your children to not touch them.

Dear Maykia, Happy to heat that you enjoyed your stay with us. Highly appreciated. During raining season ( July ), the humidity is very high. It can be the reason why the bed sheets had a smell. In the future we will improve this. Lizards are common, and mostly slip through the open terrace door. That is why customers should always use the provided mosquito nets, in order to avoid these lizards. On the other hand, Lizards love to hunt for mosquitoes. Toppenfin lägenhet

En underbar stor och härlig lägenhet .Trevligt och personlig lägenhet med afrikanskt tema. Det enda negativa med lägenheten var väl hårda sängar .Annars så var den stor och rymlig . Trädgården var stor och mycket välskött.Även poolerna städades varje dag..Personalen var vänlig men många kunde inte engelska.Vakterna på utsidan var mkt vänliga och hjälpsamma. Ringde eller visslade alltid på tuktuk åt oss om vi bad om det.Fanns en trevlig tuktukkille på andra sidan gatan som oftast kom på en gång . Solsängarna var alldeles för få och väldigt bokade .Om man skulle ha en säng fick man vara nere senast halv 8. Det blåste väldigt mkt på stranden medbröd flagg våra sista veckor .Så vi rekommenderar en tuktuk till Takiab beachen på andra sidan apberget om det blåser mycket . Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse i denna anläggning .Vi bodde där 28 nätter ..

Good choise for family

Apartment was nice and spacious. The condominium area was quiet and Garden and pools beautiful and clean. It was a pity that there were not enough chairs by the pools. We asked from maintanance to bring More but the replied that there is no More. Maybe there should be few portable beach chairs in the apartment ? Anyway location by the beach is great.

Die Ferienanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Pools und die Gartenanlage werden täglich gesäubert und gepflegt. Wir haben auch täglich mehrmals Wachpersonal gesehen, das auch immer sehr freundlich war. Es gibt 3 Pools in der Anlage. Der erste Pool von der Straße aus, hat nur Sitzmöglichkeiten, der Zweite hat 4 Sonnenliegen und einen Whirlpool, der Dritte liegt am Meer und hat 16 Sonnenliegen. Hier gibt es auch Sonnenschirme, eine Rutsche und einen Kinderpool. Die Anzahl der Sonnenliegen erscheint wenig, aber bis auf einmal am Wochenende, haben wir immer unsere Sonnenliegen bekommen. Der Strand ist bei Flut nur zirka 3 Meter breit. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Baden im Meer, wegen der Würfelquallen nicht ratsam. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll im afrikanischem Stiel eingerichtet. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offner Küche, Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen, Schreibtisch, Kommode, gemütliches Sofa, Fernseher, CD-Player und Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln für 4 Personen (Wir waren zu Fünft und haben uns den Hocker vom Schreibtisch dazugestellt). Weiterhin gibt es drei Schlafzimmer (alle mit Doppelbett) jeweils mit eigenem Bad. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon (ohne Möbel). Hier die Sachen die penible Leute stören könnten, unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht gemindert haben: Im Bad gibt es keine Steckdosen, in der Küche kein warmes Wasser aus dem Hahn, keinen Backofen, keine Spülmaschine und keine Eierbecher. Ansonsten gibt es in der Küche vier Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrhandtücher und genügend Geschirr. Ein Plus für die Ferienwohnungen ist: Es gibt es zwei große Badetücher und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person, die wöchentlich bei der Reinigung getauscht werden. Das Einzige, was uns wirklich gestört hat, es gibt für die Wohnung nur einen Schlüssel, ansonsten wären wir auch mit dem Vermieter sehr zufrieden.

Dear Mr Schulz, happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our apartment. Hope to welcome you soon back. The apartment complex is offering a WIFI Internet service. Your can purchase an Internet Access Code, at the office in the main lobby. In fairness the Internet speed is sometimes a bit slow, depending on how many users are online. We already talked to the management of the building, to improve this service. Once again many thanks for staying with us. Regards Torsten

Famielienurlaub

Für uns war es das erste mal, das wir in einem Apartment waren. Der Vermieter hat nicht zu viel versprochen, es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Die Anlage in dem sich das Apartment befindet hat direkte Strandlage und außerdem drei sehr schöne Swimmingpools, die für Kinder sehr geeignet waren. Auch in und um Hua Hin gab es viel zu entdecken, Supermärkte konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen, Bars und Restaurants befanden sich ehr in der Innenstadt , aber die konnte man schnell mit den beliebten Duk Duk gegen wenige Bath erreichen. Den Fahrpreis sollte man zuvor aushandeln. Also wir können sagen uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und würden das Apartment auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen . Auch möchten wir uns bei dem Vermieter bedanken, der vor und während des Aufenthaltes immer für uns erreichbar war.

Ferienwohnung Hua hin

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern Der Empfang war gut, das Gepäck wurde mit dem Wagen gebracht Leider fast kein Schatten zum liegen.
