*What better to ask for for your stay in Cannes than than this 70m² apartment with two bedrooms, a huge terrace, a private swimming pool within the property, all this well-situated at the foot of the upscale Californie area of Cannes, and just minutes from the city center? Your very own barbecue? You got it!*

**This apartment is specially designed for seasonal rental and features the following:**

- A beautiful living room with a sofa and armchair, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area for 4 people.

- A huge terrace with an outdoor lounge set, to enjoy cocktails, and a dining table for 4 people, to enjoy meals, with access to the property's swimming pool and garden, to enjoy true leisurely moments.

- An open-floor kitchen to complement the living room, fully equipped with everything you will need, including a Senseo coffee machine (what else?), as well as other major appliances, all silverware, dishware, glassware and every other ware everywhere....

- A first bedroom with king size bed and closets, separated from the living room by the sliding door.

- A second bedroom with a queen size bed and storage space.

- A pretty bathroom with shower and double-sink so you won't have to wait to brush your teeth...

- Separate toilets, but they don't mind being alone (and you probably won't mind either).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**


**SOME GEOGRAPHY:**

From the apartment location you will be able to access the following points of interests within only a few minutes by car (or more if you drive in reverse):

- Enjoy the “village” atmosphere of the Montfleury district while doing your daily shopping among the locals in the neighborhood boutiques (bakery, pharmacy, wine store, flower shop, supermarket...). 10 minute walking or 2 minutes driving.

- Reach the Cannes city center via the famous Rue d’Antibes (15-20 minutes walking, 4 minutes driving)

- Go for a stroll on the no-less famous Croisette and either take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote controlled boats (20 minutes walking, 6 minutes by car)

- Take selfies like a movie star on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (don't worry, everyone does that).

- Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets. (Time varies depending on your physical shape.)

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. Well do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! INFOS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
