Superb apartment in the Banana in Cannes near the Beaches and the Croisette

I offer for rent this pleasant spacious, bright studio with an optimized layout whose entrance is located rue du Suquet (pedestrian street), in the center of Cannes and overlooking a small quiet lane.
You are in the heart of the historic and lively district of Cannes, while being a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals (ideal location for congresses) but also very close to the beaches (300m).

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small secure building, consisting of 6 apartments. You go down a few steps, cross a corridor serving as an airlock, and you find yourself in the heart of this unique and very lively district, with its restaurants and bars (there is something for everyone ...)
At 100m there is also a Casino grocery store covering a wide time slot.
The apartment overlooks a small lane in the center of Cannes, in a quiet area, near the Palais des Festivals and rue d'Antibes, a stone's throw from the Forville market, the beaches and the Croisette.

In terms of equipment, this apartment is air conditioned. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, senso coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. There is also TV (TNT) and a WIFI internet connection.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.
The apartment was renovated in 2017.

Regarding the beds, there is a wardrobe bed (real 160cm wide bed invisible during the day), as well as a very comfortable convertible sofa (160cm bed also). Sheets and duvet covers are provided.

If you are on foot, the location is ideal because everything is nearby.
Parking your car nearby will not be a problem. There are free parking possibilities in the street at 100m, so far I have always managed to park in free parking lots and I am rather demanding on the place where I park my car. But there is also a paying car park at 50m or otherwise you can also park your car in the paying but secure underground car park which is guarded 24 hours a day (subscription possible for the day and the week).

Le logement est parfait pour 4 personnes, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il se situe dans une petite rue très animée : restaurants, bars, supermarchés, boutiques souvenirs, glaciers, et j'en passe. Le bâtiment d'en face étant vide, nous n'avions aucun vis à vis. Attention à la montée pour accéder au logement si vous êtes à pieds ça fait une bonne petite séance de sport. Il y a un kit main libre pour récupérer les clés, c'est beaucoup plus simple et sans stress. Les serviettes, les draps, les couvertures sont bien fournies. Je recommande !

Great location in the heart of the historic town, yet calm and fresh.Perfect for a couple’s get away

The appartment is perfectly located in the old town, with lots of restaurants and bars around. 15 min walk from Cannes train station, 5 min from the beach. The studio is rather quiet for such a busy neighborhood and the AC was a saver in the summer heat of Cannes. Perfect for a couple. Cyril, the host is really nice, flexible and attentive to his guest needs. I highly recommend.

Agréable séjour au cœur du Suquet

Le logement est très bien placé au cœur du Suquet, à deux pas du port, du palais des festivals, de la rue d'Antibes, du marché Forville et des restaurants, on peut tout faire à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé, très bonne literie, le lit escamotable est astucieux, il manque peut être un four, ou bien remplacer le micro-ondes par un micro-ondes grill. Pour garer la voiture nous avons opté pour le parking payant Suquet Forville en prenant un abonnement à la semaine. Le logement est un peu sombre mais c'est le lot des appartement de ville dans des ruelles typiques. Nous vous conseillons ce logement.

L'emplacement est idéal, tout est à disposition pour passer un bon moment. En plus le soleil était de la partie, donc on a pu se baigner. Vu l'époque c'était vraiment un grand bonheur. On reviendra avec joie.

Appartement très bien situé. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile. Petit bémol: des difficultés pour se garer. Nous avons dû nous garer dans un parking souterrain payant. Mais nous avons pu déplacer la voiture dans l’après midi pour une place non payante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

On est arrivé dans un endroit bien situé et fonctionnel,ensuite ça se gâte... Problème le 1er soir avec un dis fonctionnement électrique,on a passé la 1ère nuit sans courant et la apparition de bestioles indésirables qu’on appelle cafards... Réactivité du propriétaire qui fait en sorte que le courant fonctionne et qu'une entreprise vienne pour éradiquer les bestioles le lendemain,il a fallu refaire les valises et attendre que le produit agisse...Il était convenu avec le gérant de nettoyer le sol dans la journée,c’est moi qui est passé un coup pour ne pas rester la nuit avec ce produit. Et ça n’a pas fonctionné (j’ai acheté des pièges)on appréhendait de rentrer dans l’appartement et d’en ramener dans les valises ! Certes il y a eu un geste commercial mais ça a gâché le séjour .

La rue du suquet est historique et magnfique. Très bon accueil, appartement très bien situé tout se trouve a côté (carrefour glace restaurent....) et à 5 minutes de plusieurs plages.

Die Wochnung war perfekt für Paar Tage Urlaub in Cannes.

Die lage von der Wochnung war perfekt. Zentral nicht weit von der Promenade und von dort aus konnte man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Nur wenn das Bett ausgezogen war konnte man nicht zu der Sofa sich durchquetschen. Aber für zwei Personen war es ausreichend.
