About this property

House 145m2, peaceful countryside 10 minutes from the sea

This house is our primary residence. In the kitchen, we don’t empty all the cabinets; you’ll find spices and condiments to season your meals, as well as all the utensils we use throughout the year. You’ll also find plenty of children’s games and books for the whole family. Our CDs will also be available for your use.
In the garden, seasonal fruits and vegetables are available—just be sure to water them. There are fresh eggs from our chickens, which you’ll need to feed. There’s a swing set and slide, a safe treehouse, a trampoline...
The yard is fenced in.
We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we will ensure that the house is just as clean upon your departure as it was upon your arrival.

The house is located 800 metres from the village, where there is a small Leclerc supermarket. It’s 12 minutes from Magouëro Beach in Plouhinec, Linès Beach in Gâvre, and the Ria d’Etel.
