About this property

The apartment is upstairs. When pulling into entrance, pull straight forward to park. The unit is in the rear, Apt. D. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door). There is parking on street if needed. This is a beautiful, clean and very artsy & eclectic apartment exclusively designed and created for hosting guests. Not used by owner. It is on the 2nd floor in the rear of building. It has a separate living room, 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1queen bed) & 2 full bathrooms. Spacious kitchen . The two bedrooms are separate with locking doors. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 5 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities.

Great stay in Mobile

We loved our stay at Kens apartment during Mardi Gras. It was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was very close to all the parade routes so it was an easy walk with all our supplies. We had a wonderul time!

Cute little apartment. We only stayed one night. We enjoyed the location we happened to visit during a music and art festival. It was awesome! Good, drinks, atmosphere were the best!

Gem in Mobile

In town with another couple for event at convention center so picked this spot because it was walking distance. We arrived early but Ken graciously allowed us to check in. The pictures accurately reflect the unit but not its charm. We just loved it! Ken was helpful before, during and after our stay. He even mailed a quilt we left behind! Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. The grounds are neat and nicely landscaped. Plenty of parking for both of our cars. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here. Ken was great to work with and has other places in downtown Mobile .

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything about this place was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. The place was very eclectic but worked well together. The host even had jazz music playing upon arrival. I highly recommend staying here! The neighborhood seemed safe and was close to downtown.

Great Location!

Wonderful Mobile location! Very walkable. The apartment was lovely and just as advertised and pictured on VRBO! Ken was fabulous and very responsive. Would definitely recommend and revisit!

Best Mobile getaway

I've stayed at this property several times when visiting Mobile and it never disappoints! Communication with host is super easy. It's a great location, great accommodations, private parking and dog friendly. You can walk to anywhere in downtown Mobile but the property is tucked away in a quiet area and very quiet and relaxing. I'll be back next time I'm in Mobile.
