This is the upper floor of a two story historic building with a private BALCONY. The unit has its own separate entrance and is well appointed with high end décor and art. There is a separate downstairs unit (not shared, but can be booked and combined upon request if available).
* OFF STREET PARKING in the heart of downtown with close views of high rises.
* Sleeps 6! There are two bedrooms (king bed) (queen bed and sofa bed) and one full bathroom with a large walk-in shower (no tub) and double sinks.
* There is a kitchenette with a table & chairs, refrigerator and microwave. Also a K-cup coffee maker with K-cups. One bedroom has a sofa and smart TV. Free high speed wi-fi. You can rest comfortably knowing the property has perimeter video surveillance for the parking, driveway, and exterior doors.
* 1/2 block from St Louis Street including restaurants and Greer's Boutique Grocery store with rooftop bar

Lovely and unique, this rental was very interesting, eclectic, and comfortable. The shower is great with very strong water pressure, but it gets VERY hot. The marble floor on the bathroom is beautiful but also very slick. Beds are very nice and everything was clean. A knife set would be nice to cut bagles but that’s a small thing.

Ideal location for a family with easy walking distance to Dauphin St and all the downtown attractions (but also afforded quiet in the evenings). Great ambience with tall ceilings, exposed brick, and fun art. Nice balcony backyard/cityscape view. Well stocked. Fresh clean linens with lots of extras in the cabinets.
