Appartement fonctionnel et bien placé

Depuis l’appartement tout est à proximité à pied pour profiter du Lavandou: plage du centre, plage de Saint Clair, port. Logement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Parking appréciable. Bonne communication avec Amélie en ligne et avec Lina sur place. Beaucoup de moustiques tigres. Déco très sympa mais quelques pièces fragiles. Cependant rapport qualité prix à revoir, aussi bien pour le prix de la location que pour le ménage qui est en supplément.

Très bien

L’appartement est refait à neuf, il est très promote et les lits sont vraiment très confortables. La petite terrasse est très agréable pour se relaxer dans les fauteuils mais aussi pour manger dehors. L’emplacement est parfait et l’environnement est très calme. Je recommande!

Schöne, neue Wohnung. Liebevoll hergerichtet

Die Wohnung ist ganz neu renoviert und wirklich liebevoll mit allen Details hergerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist komplett und enthält alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sechs-Familienhaus und ist etwas abseits der Hauptstraße, leise und gut erreichbar für Dorf und Strand. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Platz für fünf Personen an einem Tisch und zusätzlich noch drei chilligen Sesseln. In der Wohnung gibt es in den wichtigen Räumen Klimaanlage. Das Bad ist etwas klein geraten, aber für den Urlaub völlig okay. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super long week-end en famille

Situation idéale car proche des commerces, du port et des plages. Nous avons tout fait à pied. La résidence est calme et sécurisée avec sa place de parking. L'appartement est totalement rénové, joliment décoré, très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Rez de jardin, accès à la terrasse directement par l'extérieur, très pratique pour poser les affaires de plage et la poussette. Mes enfants (jumeaux de 2 ans) ont adoré leur "maison de vacances" ! Merci Amélie pour les équipements bébé. Nous avons passé un très bon long week-end ! nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pépite au Lavandou !

Une pépite au Lavandou ! Appartement entièrement rénové avec goût , équipé dans les moindres détails . Petite résidence très calme . Linge de toilettes et draps fournis . Il se situe à 5 min à pieds du centre et de la plage principale ! Proche de la piste cyclable qui vous emmènera , si vous êtes sportifs , à StTropez . Amelie , propriétaire est aux petits soins pour vous fournir plein de renseignements pratiques sur les alentours .... Je recommande vivement cette adresse !
