Beautiful villa, beautiful gardens and pool. Fabio and Julia were really welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The beds were really comfortable and it was so peaceful at night. The area is lovely with some beautiful beaches. Fantastic pizza restaurant in the village ( it was end of season so the only one open). A fabulous holiday. Grazie mille Fabio and Julia.

Great place

The property was absolutely lovely. The grounds were well kept and the different terraces were nice. It had everything we needed. Fabio and Juliet were brilliant - communication was great, gave us lots of recommendations. Domus de Maria is a lovely little town. A couple of nice restaurants - Nikos Pizza and Enthos. There is also a butchers, bakery and small shop. Beaches are 10-20 mins drive. Pula is nearest town. Definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful villa in Domus de Maria!!!

This beautiful villa with its gorgeous gardens and awesome pool/spa sits high in the Sardenian hills, all quiet and private. Crystal clear emerald seas and white sandy beaches are a very short drive away. As are many fine restaurants serving delicious Sardenian dishes from the land and sea. The local wines are also wonderful and are so very reasonably priced. Our two weeks in Julia and Fabio's outstanding villa was just perfect in every way. They were so welcoming and helped us with understanding all of the features of the villa and information about the local region. Any questions we had were answered in emails almost immediately. In all we couldn't have found a better place or better hosts to help us on are marvelous time in Sardinia's spectacular southwest. Thank you Julia and Fabio!

Wir haben uns in diesem Objekt sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sehr schön angelegte Außenanlagen. Mit kleinen RĂŒckzugsorten. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Fijne week gehad in deze mooie accomodatie.

Heerlijke week gehad. Heel netjes ontvangen door Fabio en zijn vrouw. Vooraf van hem al veel informatie ontvangen over het huis en de omgeving. De tuin is heel ruim opgezet met een heerlijk zwembad. Dichtbij allemaal mooie stranden, Cagliari is 45 minuten rijden. Enige nadeel is dat een grotere supermark een half uur rijden is.

Das Haus ist grundsĂ€tzlich sehr schön! NatĂŒrlich könnte man hier und da noch optimieren: mehr Geschirr, es gab weder Bier- noch WeinglĂ€ser, die StĂŒhle könnten bequemer sein, es gibt keine SpĂŒlmaschine, usw.. Was aber tatsĂ€chlich unser Urlaubserlebnis geschmĂ€lert hat, waren die unbequemen Betten. Das mĂŒsste dringend geĂ€ndert werden! Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight des Hauses! Fabio ist super nett und die Kommunikation war absolut top!

Wunderschöne Villa, wunderschöne Gegend, super netter Gastgeber

Wir waren Ende Oktober in der Villa von Fabio. Alles war genau so wie es auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist. Abgerundet wird die Villa mit vielen kleinen schönen Details die ĂŒberall zu finden sind. Das gesamte Haus ist umzĂ€unt, so hat sich unser Hund sehr wohl und wir uns sehr sicher gefĂŒhlt haben. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt der nach Wiederholung schreit.

Wir haben fĂŒr unseren Herbsturlaub die Villa gemietet. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und sind fast jeden Tag zum Strand gefahren. Die verschiedenen StrĂ€nde sind ca. 10 - 15 Minuten Autofahrzeit vom Objekt entfernt und dementsprechend gut zu erreichen. Jedoch hervorzuheben beim Objekt ist unser Vermieter Fabio gewesen. Es fand eine sehr gute Kommunikation statt. Fabio hat immer wieder gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und hatte viele gute Tipps fĂŒr Restaurant oder StĂ€nde. Danke fĂŒr den schönen Urlaub.

Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Erholen und Entspannen!

Viele schöne StrĂ€nde sind in der NĂ€he und die Gegend kann man zu Fuß erwandern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben sich viel MĂŒhe. Vielleicht könnte noch das eine oder andere Geschirr bzw. mehr WeinglĂ€ser angeschafft werden :) Tolles Objekt - empfehle ich gern weiter.

Super Unterkunft!

Wir waren Anfang September fĂŒr 10 NĂ€chte in der Villa „Matrix“. Die Kommunikation vorab war schon sehr unkompliziert. Fabio und Julia sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber, die man auch jederzeit anrufen/Anschreiben kann, wenn man eine Frage hat. Das Haus an sich ist innen sauber und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine KĂŒche mit ausreichend Ausstattung. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön angelegt in mehreren Etappen. Einen Grill hat es auch, der Pool ist sehr schön, sogar mit integrierter „Whirl-Funktion“ Zum nĂ€chsten Strand fĂ€hrt man ca. 10 Minuten. Eine tolle Pizzeria mit Eisdiele, ist direkt im Ort. BĂ€ckerei, Apotheke und Minishops sind auch direkt im Ort vorhanden. Wir sind mit Hund gereist, ging auch super, nur bei der Wahl des Strandes muss man dann ein bisschen suchen, aber selbst dort wird man fĂŒndig. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die tolle Zeit, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Die Vermieter Fabio und Maria sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus, vor allem der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön. Es gibt etwas wenig Geschirr und das Bad ist etwas klein, aber uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Hatten eine tolle Woche.

Die ideale Villa mit wunderschönen Pool in ruhiger Lage. Top organisiert durch netten Host Fabio und Julia. Die Villa hat alles, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Reichlich Platz, einen sehr liebevoll gepflegten Garten und einen tollen Pool mit Aussendusche. Ruhig gelegen in Hanglage in einem kleinen Ort. Mit dem Auto sind in 5-10 Min. die wunderschönen StrĂ€nde von Chia zu erreichen.
