Très agréable séjour d'une semaine dans ce studio. Bien éclairé. La plage est vraiment juste en face ce qui permet d'en profiter dès le matin quand il y a peu de gens, que le soleil ne brûle pas et que l'eau est clair jusqu'à voir les poissons. La résidence est calme et les gens sont chaleureux.

séjour plus que moyen
la description du logement tout en n'étant pas fausse était suffisamment floue pour cacher, entre autre que le lit gigogne n'était pas utilisable à deux que sur la table à manger et sur le sol de la terrasse étaient jonchés d'excrement de pigeons, etc...De plus le logeur nous a réclamé 200 pour la réparation d'un volet roulant que nous n(avions pas utilisé et cela sans devis ni facture.Si bien que nous avons quitté le logement avec deux jours d'avance, départ le dimanche au lieu du mardi prévu

Conformément a nos principes d’hôtes méticuleux et bienveillants nous avons accueilli nos locataires de la meilleure manière qu'il soit. L'accès au logement s'est excellemment passé et toute démonstration de bon fonctionnement des équipements a été versifiée avec ces derniers. L'hygiène était également parfaite ce qui est la norme de toute façon. Nous avons été surpris de l’annonce du départ anticipé de nos locataires qui se plaignaient de la canicule. Le jour du départ nous avons procédé a l’état des lieux ensemble et nous avons constaté la détérioration du store électrique séparant la terrasse du séjour, bien que nous ayons demandé plusieurs fois a nos locataires s'ils avaient quelque chose à nous signaler.. ls ont alors reconnu ne pas avoir su utiliser correctement le rideau, raison pour laquelle ils n'ont pas pu poursuivre leur séjour car sans store le studio n’est plus fonctionnel.
