Viva la Vida! Live your best beach life when you stay in this beautiful new home. Enter through the gate and follow the driveway to your own private seaside home with plenty of car and boat parking.
The front door welcomes you to an oversized family room with a comfortable sectional and separate sitting areas perfect for conversation or watching sports, shows and movies on the two HDTV's.
The open gourmet kitchen provides everything you need for your beach cuisine! The island provides a great work area and place to gather. This kitchen is a culinary delight featuring a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, microwave. Wolf gas range with six burners and a griddle, double oven, dishwasher and sink.
A separate bar area with a built in ice maker and refrigerator, opens to the covered outdoor summer kitchen with a built-in gas grill. This multi-purpose outdoor area has something for everyone as you dine on a great family size table, snuggle by a cozy fireplace, watch TV and relax on the lounge furniture.
Take the stairs to the second floor where all the bedrooms are located.
The three luxurious oceanfront bedrooms with sliding doors open to a fifty foot long covered balcony with amazing ocean views. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom with double sink, shower and walk in closet. Sleeping accommodations are one King bedroom, one bedroom with two Queen beds and one bedroom with two standard beds.
Traveling with kids? They will love the great open area on the second floor with two Murphy Beds, wide screen TV and a full bathroom with tub and shower.
A sunset balcony on the south side of the second floor provides a viewing area of the breathtaking sunrises over the ocean and the tranquil sunsets over the intracoastal.
A short walk down your own private boardwalk brings you to beautiful Crescent Beach. Four beach chairs are provided in the outdoor shower.
Viva la Vida provides the perfect space , both indoors and outdoors, to enjoy your beach vacation.
Crescent Beach is just south of St. Augustine, Fl., America's oldest city and Florida's best kept secret. In St. Augustine you will find great food, many art and music venues as well as historical sites and museums. There are numerous golfing opportunities in our area, along with biking and hiking trails.

Everything is kept up top notch on this house. The pictures don't even begin to describe how nice the house and location is. The multiple master bedrooms all facing the ocean really make it a wonderful stay for multiple families. Property manager is quick to respond and great to deal with. Will likely stay again.

Beautiful Property

We are grateful to have been able to enjoy this property. The beach was amazing with white powder sand, and the house was well-stocked with games and amenities. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the wide selection of family games. It’s a high-tech home with remotes that control the blinds and lights. My children had so much fun with the splash pad. Very family friendly with breathtaking views of the ocean and the moon!

Perfect ocean getaway.

Everything about the property was perfect. Lisa was great with communication and instructions for everything we needed for a week of vacation which included a mix of relaxation and activities with the family. The location was great because it was accessible to St. Augustine and all of the activities we wanted to do during the week, and at the same time 15 minutes out which enabled separation from the traffic and crowds during the holiday weekend. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a "low key" on the beach property that is absolutely a luxury experience!

Cannot Beat this View!

The home is exactly as it appears online. The Primary in this home is locked off but they have three identical ( size and view wise) bedrooms upstairs for the guest. They also have the area with two Murphy beds ( these are not extremely comfy but good for kids) ....A beautiful luxury home !

We had a wonderful time at this property. The photos and description are all accurate. When you open the front gate and see the house for the first time you will be blown away. It is a very impressive stay and the the minor issues we brought up with the prop manager were addressed swiftly. The technology throughout the property are great. This is a perfect entertaining home. From the views, the proximity to the beach, to the exclusivity, its one of the nicest properties we've stayed at.

We had a wonderful, fabulous time

We are grateful that we were able to enjoy this home. While it will accommodate a large family gathering (14), our family of 4 needed time away (cold weather) and time to build sand castles (especially our 8 and 10 year old). The house was immaculate, well designed and clearly nothing was spared architecturally, design or materials. It is set up well for relaxing, meal preparation, enjoying the beach, and sleeping. Thank you for sharing your home, we would have loved to stay longer and look forward to coming back.

Perfection

When we booked this home we thought the photos were possibly artist renderings because the property looks so perfect. Upon our arrival we realized the pictures are indeed actual photos and still didn’t completely capture the beauty of this home and property. We are so thankful the owners choose to “share” their property and cannot wait to come back. We have vacationed on that coast for over 30 years, and we have never spent more time in a vacation rental. There was never a reason to leave. Our family Instacart’ed our groceries to the house and put the amazing kitchen and summer kitchen to work. I hesitate even writing a review in hopes of keeping this property a secret, but in fairness to the owners I’d like everyone who reads this review to know that this home will exceed every expectation for family’s and friend who enjoy spending time with each other!

Most Amazing Beach House Ever

This home is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures look amazing, but when you go in, you’ll be blown away. The owners did not skimp on any aspect of the home. We loved listening to music over the Sonos, waking up and using the automatic blinds to open the windows to the gorgeous ocean views, & the kids had SO much fun playing on the splash pad. There were several ice makers, so we never had to run to the store to pack coolers. More than enough fridge/freezer space for a week or two worth of food. Tons of space to spread out or to al hang out and play games. We watched a movie on the screened in porch on the one rainy day we had, and it was glorious. We have been going to the beach our entire lives, and we have never stayed at a house this impressive. The huge doors with the ocean views and screened patio with the grill was another bonus. Beds, pillows and all the furniture was so comfortable. Plenty of bath and beach towels, so don’t waste space packing extra beach towels. Outdoor shower was incredible after a hot day at the beach. I just can’t say enough how pleasant our stay was. We are booking for next summer ASAP! Lisa the property manager was very quick to respond and resolve any questions we had. We just left today, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Thanks, home owners for sharing your beautiful home with us and our family!

Wow—what an unforgettable stay! From the minute we walked in, we felt like we had our own private resort. Huge thank you to the owners of Viva La Vida for sharing such an incredible home through VRBO. It’s truly something special.The house is absolutely beautiful and you can tell so much thought went into every detail. It’s professionally decorated, super comfortable, and the ocean views are just phenomenal. Every day felt like a luxury getaway. It has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want in a high-end vacation home. After 10 days, we honestly weren’t ready to leave!Also, major credit to the landscaping, maintenance, and cleaning staff. Everything was spotless when we arrived and perfectly maintained the entire time. Not a single issue with anything in the house—everything worked exactly as it should. It’s clear a lot of care goes into keeping this home in top shape.If I could suggest one small thing, it would be adding a QR code with a simple guide on how to use some of the higher-end appliances and features. There are so many amazing amenities that a quick “how-to” would help guests feel totally comfortable using everything without worrying about doing something wrong.Overall, we had an amazing experience and made memories we’ll never forget. Wonderful house in Crescent Beach

We had a fantastic time at the house in Crescent Beach over spring break. Lisa the property manager was responsive and easy to work with. The house was beautiful. You really have to see it to understand what a fantastic property it is. The beach was beautiful and quiet. We had a mix of adults and teens at the house and all were happy.
