Villa with large swimming pool and unique view over the all gulf. Wide garden with terraces and BBQ. Child friendly with ping pong table, board games, satellite TV and PlayStation. Only 300 meters from a small pebble beach down the street.
All 3 bedrooms on the first floor have airconditioning. The ground floor is a large big space with kitchen, a comfortable eating area, a TV corner and a smaller support space with staple beds (there is no airco in this room). The large garden offers possibility to harvest figs, oranges, lemons ... all depending on the season, of course!

Villa Lomellini is located about 8KM outside the centre of Trapani and only 4 KM from its sandy beaches. Moving outside of Trapani, along the coastal road to San Vito Lo Capo, you will find the villa just before the little fisherman village of Bonagia, where you will be able to shop for all required groceries. Villa Lomellini enjoys a unique view over the all gulf with a stunning profile of the Cofano mountain in front of you and the rough rocks of Monte Erice behind you.

Closest airport is Trapani Birgi, at roughly 30 km. Palermo airport, Falcone-Borsellino, about 100km.
