We are very sorry to read this review, as several of the statements made do not reflect either what occurred during the stay or the actual condition of our villa. Following the severe storms, there was a temporary electrical issue that was immediately restored by resetting the circuit breaker, and later a separate area-wide power outage caused by external works on the local electricity network. During that outage we remained in constant contact with you and power was restored around lunchtime. We must also clarify that the other claims are simply not accurate and do not reflect the condition of the property. These issues do not exist at our villa and, unsurprisingly, none of them was ever mentioned to us during your stay despite our frequent communication and personal assistance throughout but just come up after a refund request for the 2hours without electricity has been refused. We care deeply about the experience we offer and remain confident in the standards of our villa and in the attentive, personal hospitality consistently recognised by our guests.
