Ocean Pointe - Beach, Pool, Tennis, Marina, Gigabit Internet and Next Gen Xbox!

The Florida Keys are Open for visitors. We invite you to our private 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom paradise at Ocean Pointe, located in Tavernier, FL. Ocean Pointe offers some great amenities, including two tennis courts, a communal pool with a spacious jacuzzi, lounge, bar / café, private beach, marina (with boat ramp and wet slips), and pier. We are very centrally located, just minutes away from John Pennekamp State Park and some of the best local fresh seafood restaurants in the Keys!

This unit is our own paradise and getaway. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you'll arrive to. We designed this place to include everything we could dream of for a vacation home. Aside from the standard full kitchen, AC, and a new washer / dryer, our unit offers unlimited gigabit internet speeds inside (VERY fast wifi - remote workers will LOVE this), 4K TVs in every room (who doesn't love binging Netflix shows on vacation?), and a NEXT GEN Xbox Series S with an active Game Pass subscription (over 100 high quality games for both the casual and hardcore gamer alike).

Boats / Marina Notes: Boats up to 28 feet can be accommodated through the resort marina. Ocean Pointe Vessel Reservation Request Form must be completed and boat owners must have a copy of their current insurance policy summary page, indicating $300k liability and $100k property damage coverage before boats are allowed on property. All boat requests MUST be made with Ocean Pointe Marina directly before boats can enter the property. Jet Skis are not allowed on property.

Per Ocean Pointe rules, only two vehicles are permitted on property per reservation.

Lastly, for the safety and security of our unit and guests, we have a video doorbell installed to the right of the front door which only covers the exterior of the front door of the unit.

Location was great could easily walk to pool or beach, super clean, Manuel ( the host) was easy to get ahold of for any questions. If you wanted a restaurant or shopping many options were available by driving within 10 to 15 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Family spring break trip

Beautiful Place to Stay

This was a wonderful spot for our family to stay. It was sparkling clean, had every amenity you could ever need, and the property manager was friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries. The pool was amazing — so fun for the kids and relaxing for us parents. We’ll definitely be staying there again!

Beds were comfy; place was clean; our host volunteered to reimburse us for the slow ice machine. On-site pool was lovely and the food truck was a good option for dinner without traveling.

Winter getaway

Exceptional Stay!

A wonderful property with exceptional customer service and personal touch from the owner! Felt like a home away from home! The pool and hot tub areas were very clean with a pleasurable family atmosphere! The beach and pier area near the small harbor was a nice to have on the property as well. I most certainly would stay here again when returning to the area! A memorable part of our stay in the Keys!

Great place

This condo is very clean and cozy, very quiet. Two little balconies facing the ocean side, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a little kitchen. Close walk to the private beach, short drive to grocery stores, to the state park. Communication with the host was very easy. We loved our stay!

Great property and accommodating owner

The best part was how accommodating the owner was with the booking. I had to reschedule a few times because a conference I was attending was rescheduled, but Manuel was very flexible and fair with my rescheduling. The property was great and very clean.

Escape to the Keys

This property was exactly as advertised, only better. They thought of everything from a fully stocked coffee bar, to pool noodles, beach towels, Xbox, a fully equipped kitchen and so much more. Excellent location! Boat slips available.
