We completely renovated our ocean front condo in 2019 with quartz counter tops and shaker style cabinets in the kitchen. We added new appliances in the kitchen, new living, dining and bedroom furniture, new flooring, 55in Roku TV, bedding, lighting, paint and more! It's modern, crisp, casual, clean and comfortable - a true sanctuary! Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Ditch the car. We are short walks to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, convention center, boardwalk and much more!

We are outdoor enthusiasts living in NC with our children, pet chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish... - we're vegetarians so it's more of a zoo than a farm :). One of our lifelong dreams was to have own own place at the beach. Christmas 2016, we took the plunge and made that dream come true. We had so much fun renovating and renting, we dove back in and purchased a second condo Christmas 2017. We are excited to share our dreams with you!

Why they chose this property

You can enjoy the most amazing sunrises (and sunsets!) and watch dolphin swim the shoreline from our private balcony; relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; snuggle up with a good book in one of many lounge chairs located in the resort's beautifully landscaped, oceanfront lawn; and walk a couple blocks to a variety of neighborhood restaurants, coffee, donut and ice cream shops and wine bars! We are less than 10 blocks to Myrtle Beach's famous boardwalk and Sky Wheel, a half mile from the convention center, and less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball field!

The area is extremely walkable including the convention center, the iconic boardwalk and many restaurants and shops. We're close to the action without feeling overwhelming. The resort provides comfortable accommodations with essential amenities, making it an ideal choice for families and couples seeking a relaxing beach getaway with easy access to local attractions.
