We had a delightful stay in Marie’s house: it was perfectly located to make the most of the mountains and nearby Lake Annecy. Marie was very quick to respond to messages and everything was clear. We would thoroughly recommend to others.

Marie is a fantastic host providing a fully functional house and a lot of guidance on the surroundings: Beaches, Hiking, Local Market days for regional prodcuts and restaurants. Housing and beddings are excellent, with all the needed accessories at hand's reach. We enjoyed a lot the terrace and the garden, especially the quiet in the evenings. Marie You Rock, Grand Merci

Chalet spacieux et accueillant, Marie est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, très bien placé aussi bien proche du lac que des activités de la montagne. Nous avons adoré !

Excellent séjour au pied des montagnes

Excellent séjour chez Marie, au pied des montagnes, à la frontière entre les départements de Savoie et Haute-Savoie, dans le petit hameau de Soney, près d’Ugine. La maison, très spacieuse sur deux étages, bénéficie de trois chambres doubles, dont une dotée d’un balcon, de deux terrasses et d’un beau jardin fleuri. À 20 minutes en voiture du lac d’Annecy (plage de Doussard), et à 5 minutes d’Ugine, ce grand chalet invite à l’apaisement. La nationale qui passe en contrebas du village, à quelques centaines de mètres, ne rompt pas la sérénité des lieux. On y est à la fois suffisamment isolés et bien reliés aux centres d’intérêt environnants: le lac d’Annecy, évidemment, mais aussi le col de la Forclaz (vers Montmin) et son panorama exceptionnel sur l’ensemble du plan d’eau, les stations des Saisies (et sa vue imprenable sur le mont Blanc), de Notre-Dame de Bellecombe, de Crest-Voland, les communes de Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle ou Flumet, les lacs de Saint-Guérin (et sa passerelle himalayenne) ou de Roselend, dans le Beaufortain. Un “refuge” confortable pour visiter la région, à distance respectable de la foule massivement présente aux abords du lac ou, pire, d’Annecy, particulièrement insupportable en haute saison. La plage d’Angon offre un cadre de baignade idéal pour les enfants, petits et grands. La traversée du lac en Navibus vaut le détour: assez chère mais agréable pour avoir un aperçu global du lac.

Un séjour réussi

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans un logement spacieux et propre situé dans un cadre authentique de moyenne montagne ; nous avons été accueillis par une maîtresse de maison délicate et ouverte. Toute la famille -trois générations- a été très heureuse du séjour et des nombreuses acrtivités possibles depuis ce logement.

Très satisfaits

Nous avons été accueillis par la sympathique propriétaire. Chalet spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur pour cuisiner. Nous avons pu également profiter de la terrasse et manger à l'extérieur. Très bon emplacement géographique pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons ce chalet.

Un séjour fabuleux

Nous sommes une famille avec trois enfants et un chien et nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux dans ce grand gîte, il est spacieux, les extérieurs sont magnifiques, on sent que Marie est une amoureuse de son patrimoine et la maison est vraiment très agréable

Chouette cadre

La maison est habituellement habitée et dispose dont tout ce dont vous avez besoin, cela est très pratique ! Le cadre est très reposant et les randonnées et lacs se trouvent à proximité. Nous nous attendions à plus d'isolement de la maison par rapport aux autres habitations mais nous avons tout de même pu avoir les vacances reposantes recherchées. Le seul hic est la connection wifi qui est mauvaise, ce n'était pas vraiment un problème pour nous qui cherchions à déconnecter mais bon à savoir si vous prévoyez un séjour de télétravail^^
