Séjour à Le Muy

Cette villa offre un sacré potentiel mais dommage manque d entretien d investissement / points forts : l accueil du propriétaire, c est le top, la surface des pièces, la piscine et la clim (quand elle fonctionne) points faibles : le plus important nous n avons pas pu bénéficier de deux salles d eau ni de deux wc comme annoncé par Abritel dans le descriptif, vous imaginez 10 personnes pendant le séjour!!! cela nous a vraiment gêné surtout que cela faisait partie du coût de la location, c était un critère essentiel pour nous. Au bout de 5 jours la clim chambre à l étage ne fonctionnait plus, il y faisait une de ces chaleurs / il y avait des chaises branlantes sur la petite terrasse, celles de la salle à manger étaient toutes tachées / l accès à la propriété en pente est également compliqué quand on a une voiture basse ( elle a frottée) et il manque des grandes casseroles pour cuisiner (10 pers) et si vous avez un chien il faut savoir que l on partage le parking avec le propriétaire et sa famille, heureusement pour nous nos chiens étaient obéissants ils restaient près de nous.

Ein tolles Grundstück und ein sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und ideal für Kinder zum Toben oder Ball spielen. Wir waren dort glücklich.

Jardin non entretenu, une salle de bain et des toilettes à ne pas utiliser, un réparateur qui vient à 8h réparer un poêle sur demande du propriétaire et non la notre et qui reste presque la matinée...
