Air-conditioned villa with heated pool for 9 people

New villa, air-conditioned, wifi internet with pool secured by a shutter and enclosed garden in progress, located a few steps from the center of the Provencal village of La Motte en Provence. 15% discount on the week of July 13 to 20 and that of August 24 to 31. Very calm environment, superb view on the rock of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, interior any comfort. Ideal rental for families with children. It has a large room with a kitchen and bar, a dining room and a lounge with TV with a nice view of the pool.
This villa has 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with private bathroom and dressing room and a double bed of 1. 60m and 2 other bedrooms, one with double bed of 1. 60m and the other with 2 single beds. It also includes a large bathroom with shower, bath and 2 basins and 2 separate toilets.
Facilities: air conditioning, table and 8 outdoor chairs, barbecue, sunbeds with umbrellas, free wifi internet, large garden in progress, petanque, indoor parking for 4 cars, baby chair and cot.
Sheets and towels are optional for 15 euros per person and end of rental cleaning is optional for 140 euros per rental from September to the end of June and sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in July and August . The
 La Motte village has a mini market, two restaurants including Alexandra, the estaminet where are organized every Friday evenings with a musical group, many wine cellars.
La Motte is at the gates of the Verdon Gorge and pennafort for great walks. It is located 30 minutes from the beaches of Sainte Maxime and Saint-Raphael, 10 kms from the station Ars sur Argens and 6 kms from the motorway (toll muy). Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

The home is absolutely lovely! It is super clean and elegant. We could not have asked for a better stay. Will return for sure! Also, LA Motte is a very cute little town. If you'd like to experience living in Provence among vineyards, look no further.

Pool turned green and was out of use as no electricity to it all week, very rude host communication, dishwasher not working, air con very weak. We paid alot for a 7-night stay at this villa specifically for the pool and air con during a heatwave. Unfortunately, the trip was ruined. The dishwasher did not work on arrival, host offered us immediately small refund for this knowing the property was defective before our arrival, but refused any more refund for the other problems.The electrics in high heat cannot supply the air con and pool, the aircon was weak and pool turned green. The pool pump was without electricity for several days after tripping the electrical system.When we reported the issue, the host blamed us, claiming running the AC caused the pool to trip. A holiday home listed with AC and a heated pool should have an electrical setup capable of running both during a heatwave. She also threatens charging extra for electricity, we were 2 adults and 2 children! Extremely Unprofessional Host: when we politely asked for a reasonable refund, the host became defensive and insulting. She told us we were "ruining [her] vacation" and said, "I find you very painful." She even made condescending unsolicited comments, telling us to "teach your children that in life there can be unforeseen events" eg her horrible house! The bbq was filthy, the bathroom sink had a bucket of dirty water underneath as it leaked but the worst part was the nastiness of her messages.

Aux prochains propriétaires qui voudraient louer à ces locataires je vous déconseille vivement si vous ne voulez pas avoir des messages d insatisfaction chronique de sa part. Cette dame ne sait pas faire fonctionner une climatisation qui fonctionnait très bien et elle est incapable de faire fonctionner la wifi avec un se code envoyé par mail. En fait son intérêt c est juste essayer de se faire rembourser ses vacances en dénigrant une villa et son hôte sur le site abritel.le lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne une heure avant son arrivée je lui ai proposé de faire installer un nouveau lave vaisselle mais elle a préféré prendre un remboursement de 150€ qui n est pas un petit remboursement pour simplement un lave vaisselle défectueux surtout que je vous ai laissé le choix chère madame. Pour la piscine ils en ont profité toute la semaine et l eau n a jamais été verte juste mon pisciniste a fait un chlore choc pour eviter que l eau devienne verte et ils n ont pas pu se baigner une journée mais c etait nécessaire. Méfiez vous propriétaires c est la nouvelle mode de dénigrer une maison pour se faire rembourser ses vacances et pour mes futures locataires je vous laisse lire tous mes avis 5 étoiles sur le site et vous verrez que je fais tout pour que mes locataires passent un agréable séjour et eux au moins savent lire un qr code et faire fonctionner une climatisation. Et surtout ne revenez jamais chez moi car quand on ne supporte pas la chaleur on loue un camion frigorifique

This is a lovely villa, very well equipped with everything we needed for a family of 8.Very clean and the air conditioning a needed bonus.The only criticism I have is that the sunbeds were a little worn in places, one was split and unusable, and the directions to the villa could have been a bit more detailed with a name and or house number, and you need to be told to go to the very end of the lane, but we had a lovely holiday in this villa and would use again.

We loved this villa . The house was immaculate, the swimming pool was large clean and warm, the location was great for exploring with easy access to the village and seaside resorts. The contact with the owners was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Lovely Villa with air con and pool

Lovely holiday accommodation and we were pleased that property had efficient air con due to our stay being in the summer! Beds very comfortable! Communication with host good! Pool and surrounding area kept well and bbq well equipped. We ate in local restaurants and they were excellent! Location good for visiting other areas. Fireworks in Port de Fréjus on Monday evening were amazing!

Lovely modern villa.

Lovely, clean and well equipped villa finished to a high standard. Villa set in a quiet location just a few minutes from the local village. Main supermarket is only a 20 minute drive away. Lots of places to visit and explore in the surrounding area and Sainte-Maxime was great for an evening meal and a stroll along the lovely marina.

Cozy Villa in quiet location

We have really enjoyed our stay. The villa is located in a quiet residential area. A bit far from the sea but ideal as starting point for sightseeing. It is superbly equipped. Beside the modern and functional furnishing, the large dining table and a comfortable seating-set (as well on the terrace and in the living room) you will find a gas grill, table tennis an a huge garden with a fence all around (important if you are travelling with a dog). But the hightlight was of course the heated pool. We can fully recommend the villa !

Peaceful location

We had a lovely week in La Motte. It was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed and we made good use of the pool everyday. The air conditioning is fantastic! The house is in a rural location with no public transport. It's just a short walk to local shops and wineries. We didn't have a car but the host very kindly helped us with getting groceries. We spent a lovley day in Cannes (taxi & train).

It is a lovely home with airconditioning in every room!

We were 2 families with 5 adults and 4 children from 1-14 and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool, the airconditioning in all the bedrooms and living area and the bbq! The communication with Nathalie was quick and easy even though we do not speak French, but with the help of a Google translate we understood each other. The location is good with access to some nice towns. The last 5 minutes are a little challenging with some dirt roads, which are a little tight, but it is manageable. We did notice some of the umbrellas around the pool were broken and there was some dog hair on the beds and floor. We had an adult with allergies so that’s why noticed, otherwise a clean house and there are some supplies to maintain the house clean in case you stay for more days. There are some basic condiments like oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. We bought trashbags and we brought our own cleaning cloth, other than that the house comes with some basic supplies like tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. Overall a lovely house in a lovely setting!

Je demande à tous mes locataires de me signaler si les parasols sont cassés car avec le vent malheureusement ils se cassent facilement et alors j en achète d autres car je n ai pas le temps de tout vérifier. De plus pour les sacs poubelles et la lessive il n a jamais été précisé dans l annonce que c est en formule all inclusive. 😉il y a eu un manque de communication qui j espère ne se reproduira plus à l avenir sinon merci tout de même pour les quelques remarques positives

We've just returned having spent a wonderful week at XXX. Arrival simple enough in the relaxing Provencal village of la Motte and our drive to the villa pass the vines brought into focus the beauty of the area.The villa was simply stunning. In keeping with the area, but with clean, modern lines and facilities inside. Everything we needed was there, spotlessly clean and convenient. The pool area was stunning as was the pool itself, a beautiful way to while away hours in this stunning location. Slow BBQ's each night, games of boule on the court, relaxing on the outdoor sofa with a local glass of red, watching the sunset.Our host was amazing and responsive to any queries, even responding when she was her own holiday.Our family (including our cocker spaniel) loved our time there.Would highly recommend!!

Gîte bien situé dans un village sympathique. L’extérieur est agréable.Loisirs : la table de ping-pong est inutilisable car le plateau est déformé, le terrain de pétanque bien situé à l’ombre, bonne taille mais forte pente donc nous avons renoncé et nous sommes descendus au village qui propose un grand boulodrome ombragé. La piscine est de bonne taille, bien chauffée, bien entretenue, traitement au sel (pas de chlore), par contre un peu profonde surtout si vous avez des enfants, nous mêmes adultes nous n’avions pas pieds. Serviettes de piscine fournies, c’est appréciable car c’est encombrant dans les valises !Terrain bien clôt, idéal si vous avez un animal. Grand barbecue au gaz, terrasse couverte bien équipée, salon extérieur, nombreux transats. 3 parasols mais les pieds ne sont pas adaptés à la taille des parasol, donc s’il y a du vent même léger, ils tombent.Climatisation complète de l’habitat et bien régulée. Très belle cuisine et bien équipée, 2 réfrigérateurs, une machine à laver 15kg.Bonne literie, très belles salles de bain (douches et baignoire)Conclusion : séjour très agréable, location bien située dans l’arrière pays loin de la route tout en étant à proximité des commodités et de l’autoroute.

Wir hatten zu viert mit Hund eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund perfekt war. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Erholung pur, sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool

Nach einer staureichen Anreise wurde wir von der sehr netten Vermieterin liebevoll empfangen. Sie hat auch zwischendurch aufkommende Fragen immer sofort und sehr ausführlich beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir waren mit 2 Familien, 3 Teenagern und einem jungen Erwachsenen hier und alle haben wir die 2 Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere Hündin hat den Aufenthalt in der voll klimatisierten Villa sehr genossen. Bei Außentemperaturen von bis zu 36 Grad waren Klimaanlage und der Pool, der sowohl zum Schwimmen als auch zum Spielen und Relaxen einlädt einfach großartig!

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Leider ist der Titel des Inserates irreführend, da die Villa keinesfalls mehr als neu zu bezeichnen ist. Leider spiegelt sich dies auch bei einigen Gegenständen wieder wie z. B. den Liegen, diese sind so durchgelegen, dass man direkt auf den Metallstreben liegt, Auflagen gibt es nicht. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut durchdacht, die Betten sind gut, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings müssten einige Dinge mal grundgereinigt werden, wie z. B. die Schubladen in der Küche. Auch im Bad haben wir in der Schublade einen nicht gereinigten Spiegel und die Haare des Vorgängers vorgefunden. Die größte Katastrophe war allerdings die Anreise, denn leider ist die Adresse nicht korrekt bei Fewo-Direkt hinterlegt und wir standen dann vor dem falschen Haus und erst rumfragen in der Nachbarschaft durch zeigen des Bildes führte uns dann nach 2-stündiger Suche zum richtigen Haus. Leider war die Ansprechpartnerin zu dieser Zeit weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail erreichbar. Wir wurden dann später informiert, dass sich die Adresse erst Anfang des Jahres geändert hätte. Ja, wie jetzt, es war September, man hätte also wirklich Zeit genug gehabt, dies mal anzupassen. Der Garten ist in keinem schönen Zustand und wirkt sehr ungepflegt, die Bepflanzung ist eher spärlich. Leider mussten wir einige Dinge bemängeln, die nicht funktionierten, dies wurde aber am nächsten Tag gelöst.

Maison contemporaine entourée de verdure et au calme. Rien de manque aux niveau des équipements que ce soit à l’intérieur (buanderie ; 2 frigidaires ; vaisselle et à l’extérieur salons de jardin tables et barbecue. Notre hôte fait le maximum pour satisfaire les vacanciers
