If you are looking for a great time at Lake Almanor you have found the perfect spot. Our condo is a private end unit in the Peninsula Village Condos. Cozy 1250 square feet of living space with stunning views of the lake and great spot to watch to all the action in the cove. We are located on Peninsula Dr just across the street from the Peninsula Market. We offer several amenities such as two parking spaces, Boat Slip, private deck, washer/dryer and awesome WIFI service. Close to near boat launch, boat rentals, grocery store, restaurants and golf courses.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all beds of used linens and towels. Place them in a plastic kitchen garbage back and leave in the hallway.
Please make sure that all dishes are cleaned and put away.
Please remove all unused items from the fridge and take with you. Make sure that no garbage is left in the home and garbage can is empty when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please abide by all HOA rules posted above the sink in the kitchen

Great location!

The house was perfect for our family. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view and playing games. The boat slip was a huge plus. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

Great spot!!

Really a great spot!! We did a quick trip for three days and enjoyed surfing, golf and great restaurants. This is a perfect condo which my family enjoyed.

Our family had a wonderful vacation here. It's a great location and the property owner was VERY nice, responsive, and helpful. It's a great little spot for a lake getaway. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

Our family of four found Jerry’s place to be what we needed for a getaway. The patio that looks out over the water is pretty. Rooms are spacious. Most importantly, Jerry went above and beyond as a host to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had what we needed.

Perfect Location

We chose this location because we have friends that have a cabin up there. Simply, we had a GREAT time. The view from the back porch looking on the lake was beautiful. The availability of the boat slip was an added bonus. Our grandson loved going down to the pier to fish each morning. The condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us. This will be an annual destination for sure.

Love love this home !!!

Lake Almanor is our happy place ! This home is perfection ! Perfect location on the lake !! Home is comfortable and has everything you can need. We spent most our time on the deck enjoying the view and watching the kids paddle board and kayak. Having a dock for the boat was an extra bonus. It was easy living for the week at Jerry’s place. Jerry was always available for us if we had any questions or requests. All of us loved being across the street from the market as well .. best cinnamon rolls!! We can’t wait to go back !

Nice property, great view. Did not like the tv setup. Very different and hard to navigate. Could not figure how to watch a football game so watched on my phone. I'm used to Direct tv and have never used a Roku tv. Should have laminated instructions. That's our only complaint

This was a very nice place with a great view!

Great Condo
