With three spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy.
The living room invites you to relax in front of the propane gas fireplace and unwind after a day of exploring. Plenty of natural light highlights the lake view or spend time in the cozy downstairs where there is a large screen TV, wood stove, and a wet bar. If you need to get some work done there is a large desk to work to accommodate you.
Three spacious bedrooms each have their own bathrooms.
Plenty of outdoor space allows for a variety of games including corn hole and spike ball.
The Lookout is a wonderful place for summer vacations, hiking, biking, fall fishing trips, and winter activities to include cross country skiing, sledding, and snow shoeing. When you're not relaxing in the comfort and quiet of The Lookout, there is a plethora of things to do in and around Hamilton Branch. Access to Lake Almanor is ten minutes by foot and just a couple of minutes by car. Fishing on Hamilton Branch stream, Lake Almanor, or the Feather River is just minutes by car. You can explore and hike in Lassen National Park, an hour away by car. Enjoy outside seasonal free pickleball play at Westwood Community Park (111 Greenwood St., Westwood) just minutes away.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon Leaving: Lock garage door. Return garage door key to bowl on entry way drawer cabinet. Make sure propane fireplace insert is shut off. Close umbrellas. Close and lock downstairs sliding door.
Leave note or contact host of any damage to property. Shut all windows.
Please start a load of bed sheets in the washing machine (the cleaner will dry them upon her arrival).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
