An executive 4 season cottage/home with exceptional features and high- end amenities suited perfect for summer long seasonal rental. This property provides both luxury and comfort on all 4 levels.

Upper Level, open concept living. Chef's kitchen with modern amenities, fully stocked kitchen (cutlery, flatware, dinnerware, glassware, Keurig coffee). Dining area has expandable dining table to comfortably seat 12. Living area with propane fireplace, large TV with satellite, cozy seating. Dedicated office space with desk, chair and printer, along with queen murphy bed with memory foam mattress and 3 piece bath. Upper deck with easterly views of Stoney Lake.

Bedroom Level, primary suite with queen bed, TV, mini fridge and coffee maker, 3 piece ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Primary suite has private walkout patio with un-obstructed views of Stony Lake. Additional 3 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, closets and TV's. All linens, towels and beach towels provided.

Recreation Level, fun games room. Spend quality family time playing board games, Ms. Pacman table top game, Super Chexx Bubble Hockey, PS5 or watching a movie on 75" TV. Large patio doors with access to deck for outdoor dining, lounge chairs and propane fire pit.
