Located in a very quiet area. air conditioning cold heat ducts throughout the house, supermarket and bus stop are 300 m, airport 90km, A7 motorway at 3km, marina at 7km, bars and restaurants at 1km, hospital at 2km in conclusion all the basic services are very close to the house.
Denia has an old town, a fishing port and a sandy beach with protectors of life. It is 30 minutes from Benidorm with its famous nightlife and the fantastic amusement park, Terra Mítica and Aqua Park

Best stay ever

We go every year with our friends to spain, bus this was the best. Everything in the villa was perfect and outside a syper pool. But the best was fernando, he will help you whenever he gan. Thank you very much

Great pool and host

We spent three nights at this property. The house is very large and the pool is great. It is a bit of an older house, but everything was clean and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the AC. The house is off the beaten path but very quiet and still very close to everything in downtown Denia. A car is a must. Tons of great restaurants and stores within minutes.

Die Villa ist der absolute Hit - viel Platz, wunderbar gelegen, mit einer umwerfend schönen Aussenanlage. Die Kommunikation mit Fernando war super und unkompliziert und er hat sofort reagiert, als wir einige kleinere Mängel bei ihm gemeldet haben. Er gab uns auch wertvolle Tipps, wo sich was befindet in der Umgebung, so dass wir uns sehr schnell zurecht gefunden haben. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Geweldig!!!!!!!

Heel fijn Vila met een groot zwembad. Kamers waren super ruim en fijn, elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer op twee slaapkamers na. Fernando de huis baas is een super aardige man, staat 24/7 voor je klaar! Locatie is super dicht bij het strand, en supermarkten op 2 min rijden. Wij komen zeker een keertje terug!!

Lovely villa with great pool

Great outdoor space and pool area. Fernando could not have been more helpful - he even ran us to a supermarket! Very helpful and friendly. We loved our holiday here.

Heerlijk weekend

Met een grote groep vrienden hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad in dit relaxte huis. Alles is ruim opgezet, geen directe buren, privacy en een super behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar die zelfs bereid was ons te helpen met de boodschappen! Super bedankt Fernando. We hebben genoten.

La estancia ha sido perfecta. Fernando muy atento y disponible en todo momento, solucionaba muy rápidamente las dudas o problemas que nos surgían durante la estancia. Maravillosa Villa para estancia con amigos

Estancia genial e inmejorable en la villa. La realidad supera incluso las fotos. Muy aconsejable!!! La casa en una planta resultó muy cómoda. Las habitaciones estaban preparadas con mucho detalle, toallas nuevas, jabón de ducha y de manos.. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño que hace que puedas estar de vacaciones con amigos teniendo cierta “intimidad” (que fue nuestro caso). Todas las habitaciones, salón y cocina son muy amplios. La cocina dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios y de sobra así como todo tipo de electrodomésticos. La casa tiene un sistema de aire acondicionado buenísimo pudiendo tener cada estancia con su propia temperatura. Los exteriores son magníficos con un jardín muy amplio y una piscina con diferentes niveles maravillosa para disfrutar tanto adultos como niños. Fernando fue un anfitrión buenísimo y muy atento que ante cualquier necesidad se acercó a la casa. Durante la estancia vino a limpiar la piscina cuando fue necesario. Fuimos 5 familias a la casa y si podemos repetiremos el verano que viene!!!

Zeer mooie ruime villa!

Zeer ruime woning, zowel de slaapkamers als keuken en leefruimte, wat voor ons perfect was aangezien we met een grote familie waren. De zwembad was top! Groot genoeg en voorzien met ondiep voor de aller kleinste. Een aanrader voor een groot gezin. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar. Strand is zeker haalbaar te voet, ongeveer 10 min. Zeer mooie en rustige strand. Om naar de supermarkt te gaan hem je wel een auto nodig. Zeker een aanrader!!

Ideal house for our big family reunion. Plenty of space in each of the rooms. The pool was fantastic. It is huge. Fernando, the owner is really helpful and always on hand to advise or sort out any requests. You do need at least one car to stay at the property as the shops and restaurants etc are a bit too far away to walk. Thanks Fernando we had a really lovely time at your house.

Die Villa war wirklich schön, fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es wurde wirklich darauf geachtet dass es uns gut geht und alles passt, es wird sehr viel Wert darauf gelegt den Gästen alle Fragen und Wünsche zu beantworten. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 10min zu Fuß entfernt, aber sehr klein und relativ teuer. Der nächste große Supermarkt (Consum) ist eine halbe Stunde Fußweg entfernt. Auf Taxis ist in der Gegend nicht unbedingt Verlass, Wartezeiten von bis zu 2h, sowohl untertags als auch in der Nacht. Der Strand ist ebenfalls in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr schön, das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Alles in allem haben wir wirklich eine sehr tolle Woche hier verbracht!

Wir verbrachten mit unsere Hunde ein paar Tage in Dénia. Alles war super. Das Haus , der Garten, das Schwimmbad , einfach alles. Der Vermieter, Herr Fernando ist hilfsbereiter und freundlich. Nächste Jahr sicher nochmals. Viktor,Hana,Simon und Dorka
