Along with spacious living areas and large bedrooms, this gorgeous home has little extras like complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and washer and dryer- laundry on vacation, ya right. Part of Storey Lake, a fun and active community with tons of family-friendly amenities, this home puts you right in the middle of all the fun.

The incredible outdoor space has something for everyone with a fun splash pool for the kids and a large pool deck with loungers for the adults to soak up some sun. The patio table invites you to dine al fresco, with the use of the gas grill on the property.

**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

Watch your favorite shows and movies together in the cozy living room with large plush couches and elegant décor.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless appliances and large granite countertops with seating for four. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find the dining room where you can enjoy home cooked meals with your family.

Pretty and peaceful, the master suite includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks. You’ll admire the walk in shower as your room slowly becomes a tropical oasis.

Down the hall you will find Bedroom #2 fully equipped with a twin and full bed decorated in a fun and magical theme.

You will also find that this stunning resort includes another master suite with a king size bed, a bedroom with a king size bed, and also another room including 1 full and 1 twin size bed.

Storey Lake is just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the best sites in Orlando. However, you don't have to leave the resort in order to find plenty to do - Storey Lake offers a swimming pool with a lazy river, two water slides, splash pad, beach area, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and other outdoor sports. Guests also have access to the poolside café, clubhouse, fitness facility and business center.

The AC wasn’t working properly. The downstairs toilet was broken for the first two days. The house could have been a little cleaner. The pool was dirty. We didn’t even use it!!

Avoid Casiola Managed Properties!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only stay at a site managed by this group if you want a home that is not as advertised, poorly maintained, and offers frustrating customer service at best. They completely ruined our recent weekend trip when the gates to access the home didn't work, the private pool wouldn't heat and was filthy, no one picked up trash from the porch the entire time, the house lacked basics listed on the list of what was included, and the cable was only working intermittently. We called customer service several times only to be told someone would help us shortly -- two days of calling and someone came out but didn't resolve anything. Go elsewhere - you will be much better off.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool heater did not work. They had to put a work order in and were to refund our payment for the heated pool. I wish we had the departure instructions prior to our arrival as I did not access email every day while there. We did our best but really didn't have their expectations on where/how to leave things. They had told me we would have to report Uber/Lyft driver names to get them through security, but I spoke directly to security, and it wasn't a problem. We were mostly there just to sleep during a local conference, so it met our needs.

Terrible experience with possibly the worst customer service ever experienced!

This pool heat was requested at time of booking and was not turned on. After contacting the property management company I was told that in addition to the fee that must be paid per day for the entire duration of the stay that there would also be an additional fee for adding the heat after the stay had commenced (again the heat was requested at time of booking). From there the entire stay went downhill and the frustration level went through the roof. The agent basically called me a liar and at no time was even willing to try and rectify the situation. I could go on and on while essentially writing a book about all the issues that then transpired. To say that I am flabbergasted by the lack of professionalism, rudeness of the agent, competencies of the company to even be able to apply common sense to their responses in regards to handling the situation, would be a gross understatement. I honestly did not even think it was possible to experience this poor of customer Service in this present day with all the tools in place to make sure that customer service is a priority and that companies are equipped to at least handle with competences the service they are providing to the customer. If I were the owner of this property I would be appalled to know that I was paying a company to handle the management and this is how the consumer is being treated. I would/will strongly advise any and everyone I know to not have their vacation ruined by utilizing this property nor the management company that is handling this property! Learn from my mistake and run (there are too many companies out there that do their job and are willing to work with the customer to ensure they are satisfied (this company is not that)!!!

Widows Retreat

Overall the rental was satisfactory. There were a few cleaning areas that needed more attention. Most notable was the front entrance. There were issues with remotes for fans and TVs. The place was convenient for our group. I would book again when given opportunity.

Overall we had a good experience here. There was nothing negative about the house itself. Our only complaints about our stay are: 1- We were an hour delayed getting in our house because it was cleaned yet. 2- they only furnished a small amount of toilet paper and 2 trash bags for an entire weeks stay. 3- They turned off the internet access early on the last day, and we were needing to use it.

Reviewer Comments: Couches were completely shredded, ants in the kitchen, WiFi and cable did not work until our last night there, and the washer flooded the hallway. Trash and pizza boxes lined the parking lot. Completely unacceptable and I have not received my compensation for all the inconvenience although it was promised!! They would not move us to another unit and stated they will make a list of complaints to fix for the next ppl. That didn’t help me stay at all. I will not recommend

Every wall and door was filthy and damaged. Broken patio seat, tape on windows, lock on sliding door broke, hole in the wall, The couches were marked up and peeling all over the place, carpets stained and dirty. Do not recommend
