The home is spectacular! We were stunned when we arrived, could not have asked for a better stay for my mums 60th as a family of 9.The pool made every day so relaxing and the communal spaces was great for everyone to have their own down time. We hired someone to do a bbq and it was the perfect outdoor area for hosting with stunning views of the sunset. The sunrise in the morning was also incredible, we felt so lucky to experience it all. The bedrooms were so beautiful and the fact almost every bedroom had a bathroom was perfect and made getting ready much easier. Maja had great communication and she was very accommodating, we would 100% recommend this to everyone and hope we can return again one day!

Beautiful house in beautiful setting

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. The setting of the house, in the midst of hills covered with sunflower fields and little villages, is spectacular. The house is well equipped and provided us with all the comfort. We loved it.

Beautiful country living

Thank you so much to Maja and Judy for a wonderful stay. It was incredible to get the opportunity to explore Montegiorgio, the surrounding hill towns and seaside and Le Marche in general! The house is beautifully situated with stunning rolling hills and farm country all around. We couldn't stop staring out every window and really savoured the time we had at the villa to slow down and enjoy. Maja was very communicative and responsive and helpful, we would absolutely stay again!

Family holiday - 15 persons

Charming renovated old house and a newer house in wonderful countryside surroundings. Beautiful, tastefully decorated rooms, well equipped kitchen, swimming pool... All that is needed. This very hot summer 2022 airconditioning would have been a great plus, though!

Amazing

We were 15 person living in this Villa for one week. Absolutly amazing. Everything was perfect. The house had a nice big kitschen that was well equiped. A great garden with a large pool. The landskapet arorna is very beautiful. Sunflowers in large fields. I give 5 of 5 for everything.

Wonderful, quiet place with great sunsets

The place is wonderful, the surrounding hills are stunning and you will fall in love with the sunset. Judy was really helpful, has a long list of recommendations and thanks to her we had a chef coming to make a dinner at the place for the whole group of 16. The fact that the house is so great detached in the Marche countryside, on the other hand, means that it is not well possible to reach it without a car. The nearest airport in Ancona is 1:20 hours drive, the nearest train station with good connections (Fermo) is about 40 min away. This is perhaps a point to consider in the planning.

Large spacious properties in lovely location!

Stayed here with family for three weeks in the summer! Large spacious property in a lovely location. Good communication with owner from start to finish! Well looked after by Maja, local property manager who responded to questions straight away. Large pool and plenty of space for people to chill out. Views are stunning and sunsets with a cocktail were a lovely experience each evening. Plenty of room for 16 people in this lovely renovated property and it now has the benefit of a pizza oven. If you want to go to an area in Italy and experience the real Italy away from the tourists, then you have found the right place! Eating out is value for money and as we have been to the area most years In the last fifteen, we have found many restaurants that offer great value and local dishes. If you can make a booking at this property, you will not be disappointed!

Alles wunderbar, hätte nicht besser sein können.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit dort. Alles sehr sauber. Super große Küche. Sehr bequeme Betten, das gibt es nicht oft. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen an dem Haus und dem Service.

Capodanno con gli amici

Abbiamo tracorso nel casolare un bel capodanno tra amici! È collocato in cima ad una collina, nella quiete della campagna marchigiana, lontano da strade, aria pulita. Il panorama su campagna ed oliveti che si gode dall'ampio giardino con piscina e il cielo stellato notturno da soli valgono la vacanza! Ci sono due edifici, ristrutturati con cura di recente, che mantengono le caratteristiche originali. Molto ben accessoriato, pulito, con riscaldamento a pavimento, un'ampia cucina, risulta comodo per 14 persone. Ad attenderci c'era Maya, molto disponibile per spiegarci tutto il necessario. A mezzora di strada c'è Fermo, Macerata, il mare e ad un'ora Ascoli Piceno. Consigliato per un gruppo di amici che vogliono trascorrere qualche giorno insieme!
