We had a great 13 day stay at Manualoha at Poipu. The condo is exactly as pictured and there is an easy walk to the beach. The unit came with everything we needed including a wagon and beach supplies to walk on the paved trail down to the water. There are several restaurants very close with happy hours and several pools that are included. We used the large hot tub at one of them very often after snorkeling all day. This condo and property gets 5 stars from us and we will definitely stay there again. Aloha!

We enjoy coming to Kauai and stayed in Manualoha 502 for the first time. We would suggest that the owner do some upgrades. The couch is thread bare and should be thrown out. Carpets are stained and need to be replaced. Dishwasher very loud and noisy. Large flat screen should be in living room and small flat screen TV should be in the bedroom. No BBQ utensils in kitchen. Plates and mugs are ancient and look like they came from an old restaurant. I think you get the point. This suite needs an overhaul. Staff are very friendly. Also most units had good beach chairs, beach umbrella an a boogey board. This unit is very minimal and we would not pick it again. When staying for 2 weeks you need to have some half decent amenities. Hopefully this helps.

I am so glad I booked this place. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. It was our first time visiting Kauai and I was nervous about picking a place. I’ve never been so relieved upon checking in somewhere on vacation. It felt so private yet so close to everything we needed. Everyone on the property adhered to the quiet hours, if you like sleep, this is very important. The amenities were very well kept, clean and easy to use. All beaches were within walks. Food was close by. The ac unit in the master worked great. Honestly, everything was as described. We will be back.

Excellent property

Accommodations tastefully decorated and true to the pictures. Great location to beach, dining, shopping and activities around the island. Loved having snorkeling gear, sand chairs available to us. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this location and the management company. We arrived after hours and had no problem accessing our key along with detailed map guiding us to our unit in the dark.

Great Value in Great Location

Perfect condo for my wife and me for our 10 day stay in Kauai. Everything we needed was available, including beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Nice walking trails and 5 min walk to Poipu beach park. Bedroom had A/C as advertised. Only missed A/C in the entire condo on one very humid day. Check in and property manager close by. Only snafu was that our unit was still being cleaned after long trip from East coast, but happy hour right next door made the time fly by. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic rental property, nice and clean and close to the beach

Me, my husband and son (11) stayed here and we absolutely loved it! It is a lovely 1 bedroom place with a sofa sleeper for our son. Everything was clean and nice. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is where we spent a significant portion of our vacation. We would love to come back and stay again at this property, as we were very happy with it.

Wish the sofa bed was newer and more comfortable, also the washer and dryer machine was a bit old, takes forever to dry our clothes(waste electricity and time). Sprinkler turns on at 2am every night, kind of annoying. Otherwise our stay was comfortable, the place is nice and clean, close to Poipu beaches, grocery market, shopping mall.

Great location, nice condo!

This condo is in a great location- right on the greenway of Poipu Kai, very close to Brennecke & Poipu Beaches. The listing info & pictures are accurate, and we found the unit clean, roomy, & well equipped. The lanai was very private & there was ample shaded parking. Both pools are a good size & just a short walk away. The Suite Paradise staff were friendly & helpful, and our late arrival went smoothly. The only negative was some noise from the plumbing and the unit above. We would recommend this unit to friends.
