PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Wonderful birthday stay

The condo was clean and comfortable with lovely little decor touches, books, and a well-stocked kitchen. The balcony was quiet, had the ocean view pictured, and was a great place to relax. Check-in was seamless and we appreciated the gift recognizing our special occasion. Very happy with our stay!

We were so excited when we opened the door of the condo - the view was amazing, and the condo was clean and well stocked with everything from kitchen items to beach chairs. The condo was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 5. We will definitely be back!

This property was exactly as described. Close to the beach, ocean view, full kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. The beach chairs, boogie boards, and cooler to use were an added bonus. There were even tennis rackets and balls to use! Highly recommend this rental to everyone!

Great Location

This condo was exactly as described and even better. The location was perfect…just a short walk to the Poipu beach area for the best sunsets and a few turtle sightings! The condo was clean and very comfortable and the property management was very attentive and went the extra mile for our celebration! The only item to note is that all the doors are louvered…assuming to help the air conditioning flow through condo. We’d definitely stay at this condo again!

Family Vacation in Kauai

My husband and I have 4 daughters, ages 14 to 19. We spent a week in Kauai and this villa was the perfect place for us! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and located convenient to restaurants and the beach. We appreciated the extra towels, pillows, and beach gear as well as little things like shampoo / soap, toilet paper / paper towels, salt & pepper and laundry detergent. We have stayed in many vrbo’s over the years and these little convenience make such a big difference! I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book there again if we are lucky enough to return to the island.

Beds too firm

The heat pump rattles sometimes, the front door often doesn’t stay locked when you push the button. The double beds need a topper to make them more comfortable. Love the landscaping.

This unit is on the top floor ( third floor), so it looks over the roofs of the houses in front of it for a wonderful ocean view. Such a delight to sit on the balcony for breakfast to enjoy the views and listen to the birds. Quiet, well maintained grounds. Such a plus to have boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler in the unit. Two beaches very close. Unit comes with fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds comfortable. Wonderful to have airconditioning.

Perfect condo

We stayed here for 5 days. This condo is clean, up to date, comfortable. Great view from patio. Has everything you need in the kitchen except no keurig, it’s a regular coffee pot, which was not working properly and they came and fixed it for us. There’s lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, tennis rackets etc. they have tvs in every room, air conditioner, fans and ceiling fans. This was one of our favorite stays. Only downfall, is it’s on the 3rd floor so when you get there you’ll need to lug up all your luggage 3 floors. But after that.. it’s no issue.

This villa was wonderful! Everything was provided from a well stocked kitchen to beach chairs, coolers and snorkeling gear. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer view of the sunset right from our balcony which even included a few whale sightings! Will definitely choose this unit again should we be fortunate enough to return to this beautiful island.

Perfect Vacation Home

Nihi Kai 521 met all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of five and had everything we needed for the 10 days we were in Kauai. The view from our balcony was beautiful and we could watch the sunset there every night. It was a quick walk to both Brennecke and Poipu Beaches. Access to the Heritage trail was also easily walkable. We would definitely stay here again!
