Weston House is a beautiful luxury house, just 50 feet from the beach on the west coast of the island with fabulous views of the Caribbean Sea. Relax on the pool deck with a long cool drink, or walk through the garden to stroll along the white sands of the beach and dip your toes in the tranquil blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Our team will welcome you upon arrival and will provide you with a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
The price includes daily housekeeping, weekdays only and our cook who will prepare and cook for you lunch and dinner. All you need to do is provide the groceries and she will delight your palette with all things Caribbean or what ever you prefer. After spending over 20 years in the top restaurants on the island she really is a gem.

This tranquil setting is an ideal location for private parties and weddings (by special arrangement).

A full range of water sports is available 200 yards up the beach. Within easy reach there are many first class restaurants, both on the west and south coasts. You will be only a five minute drive from an 18 hole championship golf course, rated number 34 in North America. The towns of Holetown and Speightstown are within easy reach to get the real flavor of island life.

We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and well equipped. The grounds are also beautiful, and the view out the back through the pool area and the gardens and down to the beach is spectacular with gorgeous sunsets.We also greatly appreciated the cook and housekeeper who were provided. They were lovely people who greatly enhanced our stay and took great care of us.

Weston House

Beautiful. Really! Weston House is a lovely, clean, spacious and well-maintained house, right on the beach. Each evening we all gathered on the terrace for the breathtaking views of the sunset.And then looked forward to the delicious meals prepared by the charming and talented ' heart of the household', Deborah. The location is great - close to both Holetown and Speightstown. But we found ourselves so enchanted with the house, pool, beach and amazing meals, that we were not often tempted to wander.

Barbados and the villa and the staff was outstanding however we rent for 10 days for Holliday family vacation, and we were out of water for 3 days, that was horrible no able to shower and do anything, the manger was not helpful jus blame the water company, we ask for 3 days refund and no answers as today, very disappointed for the amount of money we paid

Summertime trip to Barbados

The property and location were both great. This was my 9th time visiting Barbados. The house was perfect for the 8 of us, and it’s in a great location. Close to Speightstown and Holetown. We jump on the bus to travel anywhere on the island. Our check-in unfortunately was terrible. When we arrived at the house nobody was there to meet us. It took us over an hour to get in touch with Gail, the property manager. Her first response was that we were at the house on the wrong day. This was not true. In total we waited outside the house for 1.5 hours before she showed up to let us in. It was a major mistake on her part. She dropped us off 2 premade bottles of rum punch, which to me didn’t seem like enough. We also ran out of hot water on 2 separate days. I reached out to Gail at 11am and then had to call her at 5 pm the same day because she hadn’t got back to me about the hot water situation. When on vacation you want things to run smoothly and you expect quick responses from the property manager.

There is no excuse as you and Gail would have been communicating prior to your arrival. We are pleased that the house met all your requirements and was in just the right location. It really is hop on the bus to go anywhere. The water issue is something we cannot control, if the sun doesn’t shine the solar panels can’t heat the water but we do have a water heater that would give you hot water. Gail only notified us of the water issue otherwise I would have communicated with you Kelly. I do hope it hasn’t deterred you from re visiting Barbados or Weston House. Our sincere apologies once again.

Fabulous!! STAY HERE!!

Absolutely exceptional property!! Definitely STAY HERE!! The house was beautiful, spacious, and in a nice location. Wonderful pool area for relaxation with the flat downstairs! Loved the private strip of beach to lounge at during low tide and walks. Very much appreciated the assistance from the host, property manager and staff!! Anna, the host, was very helpful with any questions prior to our stay. Gayle, the property manager, was so helpful with suggestions, groceries prior to arrival and rental car reservations (use Paul from A’S & P rentals, so courteous and professional-drop off/pick up at the house). It was a pleasure to meet Waveney and Jackie, both made our stay wonderful!! The welcome meal they prepared was delish and so nice after a day of traveling, along with all the other daily meals they prepared. Waveney was so helpful with coordinating our taxis for dinner on the nights we ventured out. Everything was absolutely taken care of by the staff!! LOVED OUR VACATION HERE!!

The Perfect Vacation

The Weston House provided us the perfect vacation. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday with 8 other family members and we could not have been at a more ideal home. The beach and pool, along with the pool deck and outdoor living space was exactly what we wanted. We didn’t book any activities or excursions as my wife requested a fully relaxing vacation - and at the Weston House that’s what we got. The beach does feel very private. On your right is a rock wall and rock steps for the proponent door but the water comes right up to them; the left is another rental house but they have their own beach too. With the exception of a dinner one night at Lone Star (highly recommend!) and a last minute 2 hour snorkel trip (that picked us up right at the home’s beach), we only left the house for grocery store trips. The pictures of the property depict reality; it really looks like paradise - and you feel like you’re in paradise when you’re there. Waveney and Jackie were true gems! Their meals were incredible and the housekeeping added to our relaxation. I was told a few times to go to the beach and relax when loading the dishwasher or cleaning up dishes. We shared some good laughs with them, and hugs when we were leaving. Gail was insanely helpful with her quick responses and answering all the questions we had before getting there and when we were there. I give this home a 10/10. We have recommended it to many people and said hands down we would go back. I sure hope we do!

The most worry free vacation ever

I struggle with giving such glowing reviews because everyone will want to go there. In all honesty, this place is perfect. From the access to the beach to the views of the sunset we couldn't have asked for more. But we got more. Deborah was on hand to make delicious meals even when we were being indecisive as to what we wanted. She also helped with booking excursions. The house was kept spotless so we could concentrate sourly on relaxing and enjoying ourselves. The house is located on the west coast just a few minutes walk to a local rum shack and a fish market (we visited both daily). The beautiful yard opens up on to a small secluded beach. The highlight for our kids was finding newly hatched baby turtles in the yard the morning after we arrived. Anna answered all our questions prior to our arrival and even arranged a rental car and transportation to and from the airport to the villa. This again removed all the stress and allowed us to just enjoy ourselves. We can't wait for our opportunity to return to Weston House.

"Pinch me, I must be dreaming!"

The title of my review is exactly how my family and I felt as we entered Weston House last month. From the moment we pulled into the gated drive and walked through the arched doorway we felt as though we had stepped into a heavenly castle in a magnificent dream! We were greeted with open arms by Deborah and Wendy who both made us feel as though we were arriving home after an extended absence. Their warmth and hospitality were genuine and contagious. The house itself is absolutely stunning and the photos can only just begin to portray the reality of its design, function and breathtaking location. The views through the house, across the pool and garden area and right into the horizon of the Caribbean are enough to keep you mesmerized throughout your vacation. The wide open layout of the living and dining spaces allow you to lounge and dine under cover but fully exposed to the island breezes and sounds of the birds and the sea. Our entire family enjoyed lounging around the pool throughout the day with occasional jaunts to kayak in the sea or snorkel above the small reefs just off the private beach in our backyard. Come lunch and dinner time the ladies would summon us up to the outdoor dining area and serve up the most delicious menus of fresh meats, fish, chicken or pork accompanied by all the best vegetables and trimmings. If we didn't feel like shopping for the groceries that day Deborah or Wendy were more than happy to handle it for us. Water sports were handy just up the beach and we had jet skis brought to us right on our beach where we could all take turns riding the waves for hours on end. Several local bars are within walking distance including Marcy's Bar and John Moore's among others. I cant say enough about the local people and how warm and welcoming they all were. In fact one rainy night we had a blowout as we drove up to Marcy's for some refills and no sooner had I stopped the van to survey the tire damage, that there were several local folks happily volunteering to change the tire and get us going again. Truly guardian angels of the night! I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the owners, our hosts for the week, Anna and Graham. From the first inquiry and interaction, both of them were like old friends but professional in all respects. Every question was answered quickly, any issue encountered was resolved immediately and every one of their suggestions was spot on! Sadly I'm out of space now but suggest you book your stay immediately!

A Bit of Heaven!

Our vacation at Weston House was absolutely the best getaway that my family and I could have imagined. The beach features some sandy entry ways as well as lively coral reefs in the crystal clear Caribbean. We snorkeled every day, seeing eels, bearded fire worms, countless beautiful fish and even an octopus! Sea turtles swam nearby and on the morning of our departure, we found two lost baby turtles and helped them to the water. What a wonderful opportunity to view the wonders of the sea! The house is beautiful. Each room has a unique view and is amazingly comfortable and spacious. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. We stayed comfortable at all times. The house's open floor plan allowed us to enjoy the sweet ocean breezes. We kept the many French doors open anytime we awake. Security at the house was also excellent. Cameras and automatic gates shelter the house from the nearby road. Barbados is my favorite island. The people are very kind and friendly and I have always felt safe there. The icing on our vacation cake was definitely the staff at Weston House. Deborah fixed us unbelievably tasty meals and, at our request, concentrated on local cuisine. She even did the grocery shopping for us! Sheldene and Alisa kept the house spotless and the laundry completed. During our stay, we observed pool and grounds keepers quietly performing their duties. And Anna was prompt and kind in answering our questions prior to our arrival and at our departure. The staff at Weston House felt like extended family. Oh how we hated to leave them! If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable home on a gorgeous beach with a staff that will attend to your every whim, Weston House if for you! I can't wait to return next year.

Heavenly Paradise! A Real Family Vacation!

I have traveled to many places and this is the entire package. I took my family (Wife, Son (7yr), Twin daughters (3yr), & father in law) for a week. Lets start with the house. It is incredibly well maintained and spotless. The house is large and plenty of room for many more people. The bedrooms have AMAZING views. We didn't end up staying in the apartment on the pool level but did use it for the girls to take naps during the day while we sat by the pool. The apartment is essentially a stand alone rental in itself! The pool was just the right size and we loved the grounds. It is in a perfect spot without tons of tourist. You practically have the beach all to yourself! It was amazing and felt very safe. We would snorkel out in front of the house and saw many colorful fish and sea life. Try the local bar and fish market just a short walk from the house. We did see a family of monkeys that live in the area and our kids loved that as well. The best part of the trip was Deborah and Alecia! Sometimes they have a third person but we were a smaller group so it was not needed. Although they come with the house, they deserve thier own section. Deborah welcomed us with a warm smile and an delicious meal when we arrived. Typically when we rent houses, we have to cook and clean up. If you have kids you know that vacation isn't always relaxing because you are constantly cooking or cleaning etc. This was a TRUE vacation because we didn't have to do any of that. We felt like royalty. Deborah and Alecia went above and beyond to take care of us. I have a couple of picky eaters and if they wouldn't eat her food, Deborah would cook up something they would! It was nice to try the delicious local food without leaving the house. As for the Island. We rented a car to explore. Fairly easy to get around and such a diverse Island. I recommend going north to look at the ocean crashing against the cliffs and east to Bathsheba. If you have kids you must go to the wildlife preserve. We also snorkeled with the turtles and they picked us up right at the house! I would go on but they cut me off with how much I am allowed to write... CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!! I cant leave out how amazing Anna and Graham were as well. They went above and beyond to welcome us to the home and answer our call at 11:00 at night! Very special place that we will never forget!

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed in the Weston House from April 1-8, 2017, and found the house in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a multigenerational gathering. The pool is perfect for floating and staying cool, and the ocean literally right outside the gate is beautiful. Deborah and Wendy were wonderful, and they attended to our every need. They are happy to serve up fresh fish from the market just a block away making the best food on the island served on the veranda with lovely evening views of the ocean. It is a pleasure to give a big THANK YOU to Deborah who stayed up to greet us at the house at 2 AM upon arrival as our flight had been delayed by 4 hours. Was that a huge relief!! Things to do that we all loved: 1) Snorkeled out behind the house as well as rented a private boat from Rupert (friend of Deborah) who picked us up behind the house in his boat and we saw turtles, a shipwreck, many fish, stingrays, and coral, 2) Went to Andromeda Garden on the west side followed by a picnic at a park near the Soup Bowl and watched the surfers (very, very beautiful), 3) Went to the North End to Animal Flower Cave and hiked along the cliffs watching the waves crash violently against rocks followed by a trip to Little Bay to see the Blow Holes (Very Cool!), 4) Hung around the Weston House and drank several cases of lovely Rose', Chablis, Red Burgundy, and Rhones purchased from Wine World just 10 minutes from the house, 5) and to make all Caribbean Trips complete we visited the Mount Gay Rum factory and really enjoyed that as well! Barbados is a lovely island with beautiful water and plentiful fish. It is very safe and we found all the people friendly and gracious. There are all the amenities to make for a stress free vacationing. And what was really surprisingly wonderful was that there were NO MOSQUITOS on the island anywhere. None of our group got bitten by any insects at any time which is quite different from most of our trips to the Caribbean. Finally, the best place to see the monkeys was at the Weston house as they seemed to drop in for happy hour most days. Usually we saw a couple of them, but a couple times there were 4-5. This was a great trip! I would love to come back! Thanks again, Deborah!!!

Not To Be Missed

The five star reviews are accurate. My group was 5 active seniors that live the good life in Pennsylvania. All were pleased with every aspect of Weston House. The house easily accomidated 5 couples. Bedrooms are large and all sitting areas comfortably seats more than 10 people. Deborah is a 5 star cook and her helpers keep the house, sheets, towels and your laundry clean every day. The house has all of the beach/pool toys and chairs. The kitchen and wet bar is well stocked.

Barbados Perfection

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Weston House. The house, property, and location were all truly spectacular. The house was spacious, comfortable for relaxing, lounging about, and had everything you can ask for. The beach was beautiful and we spent hours daily swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding (we had rented paddle boards and delivered to the house) and walking the beach. When not at the beach, we relaxed at the pool well into the evening hours. We had rented a car for the week and drove all over the island exploring; we were happy that the Weston a House gates were always visible day or night and that we always found our way back without difficulty. Many reviewes mention Deborah and staff, and for good reason. They are wonderful, and the meals are very special. We always looked forward to whatever they would prepare, and were never disappointed by the very flavorful meals. We have traveled all over the world, and have rented many a villa, and I can say this place deserves the 5 stars all around. I would come back here without hesitation.

A perfect vacation

Three couples had a wonderful vacation at Weston House. We chose Weston House because of all the favorable reviews and our vacation could not have been better. Deborah and her staff are the heartbeat of the villa -- always asking if there was anything we needed and what specialties we wanted for meals. We arranged for pre-stocking the groceries and she even arranged that perfectly as we only had to go to the grocery store once for some replacements. Her desserts are amazing. Special note -- the fish market is a short stroll on the beach so you can get the fresh catch (along with a bag of flying fish) daily. She always had a bowl of fresh cut fruit in the fridge for us too. We did not rent a car because taxis and public transportation are both convenient and reasonable. We were really glad we didn't because we seldom left the villa, except to take a short ride to Holetown on the bus for a little shopping. The pool area and gazebo were well used and there was plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy if they wished. This was a great vacation in a great villa with a great staff -- we can't wait to return!

Our own little spot of paradise

We have just returned to a very cold UK after what we can only describe as the most amazing 2 weeks. 10 of us ranging from age 12 up to 76 set of to Barbados not really knowing what to expect, all of the correspondence beforehand with Anna and Graham had been prompt, friendly and really helpful, the images of the house looked stunning and the beach looked idilic - we were beginning to wonder if Weston House was too good to be true. We were met by Deborah, Juliette and Maureen who were friendly, and welcoming, as the door opened the smell of Deborah's cooking just left us with no doubt this was going to be exactly what we had hoped and more! The house itself is stunning, the views from the balcony are breathtaking especially during a sunset. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms spacious. The outdoor area was once again more than we could have hoped for, the pool was wonderful, plenty of sun loungers for us all, and the gazebo offered that little bit of shade when the sun hit is hottest at lunchtime. We have been to Barbados previously, however we had never experienced the culture and the food in the way we were able to this time, each meal was freshly prepared, we ate flying fish, red snapper, chicken, beef, white fish, a range of vegetables, fruits and cocktails (rum punch and pina colada are a must) all with a caribbean twist. The beach was great for snorkelling, or just for paddling, we walked along to find some water sports and would highly recommend Gibbs Bay if you like a really sandy spot to swim in with very few rocks. The reefs at the bottom of the garden gave the fish lovers in our family some amazing sights. All in all our too good to be true thoughts were totally wrong - this holiday was described by all of us as almost perfect - something for everyone, we felt we had our own little 5 star hotel, thank you Deborah for your hospitality and your amazing cooking, thank you Anna and Graham for allowing us the opportunity to spend time in your beautiful spot in paradise. Dreaming of the day we can return

Our family of 11 just returned after spending the Christmas holidays at the Weston House. We couldn't have given a better gift to the family. The house is newly renovated and it sparkles! Most rooms have an amazing view of the ocean and the breathtaking sunsets. As mentioned in previous reviews, Deborah, Alicia and Maureen were moms to all of us. We just mentioned once about one of our son's food allergy and Deborah had an alternate for him whenever needed. Aside from their delicious meals and beautiful table settings, Deborah is a wealth of information on all activities on the island, where to go, shop, fish and surf. Shopping and eating out are all within a few miles of the house but there were times where we just enjoyed the pool and patio or relaxing on the walk-out beach or snorkeling right in our backyard. The Weston House will not disappoint. What a magical place to make family memories. Marion and Steve
