Welcome to Kennebunkport! This 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom house is located in the prestigious Cape Arundel neighborhood of Kennebunkport. This house can sleep up to 11 people comfortably with 4 floors of living space. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! 1st floor features both a living room, a family room, half bathroom, and an elegant dining space with a chefs kitchen to prepare all meals. Relax on the balcony under the pergola with a dining set, patio furniture and gas fireplace. Outback has a BBQ gas grill, patio furniture and a wood burning fireplace.

Beautiful House & Great Location

Loved our stay here! We rented this for Prelude 2022 and we had a ball both in town and at the house. We had six adults and three kids in our group and it worked out very well. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Coastline did an excellent job managing the rental process and being in touch during our stay. Highly recommend!!

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Kennebunkport! It was spacious, clean, and very well kept. Came fully stocked with everything we could need for the weekend and Coastline's service was fabulous. 60th Birthday Celebration

This was my first time to Maine. This house was perfect, in a great location we could walk by the water every morning, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house was great, lots of space for everyone to spread out. We had 4 couples so it worked out great.

Beautiful home

Overall an excellent stay, however the major inconvenience was having to use the chest freezer in lieu of the refrigerator freezer. It was difficult to maneuver items & we had to purchase bags of ice since the cube trays provided were small.

Enjoyable Stay in Kennebunkport

Our extended family (eight overnight guests, two local visitors), had a very enjoyable three-night stay at a gorgeous, well-equiped Kennebunkport property. There was ample space for guest privacy with communal areas for everyone to gather. The property is located in a quiet, wooded residential area a short distance from the waters edge. Office staff Paige and Brenda helped immensely with our planning and our property manager, Lauren, was very polite and professional and responded to all inquiries in a very timely manner. When renting vacation homes, my preference is to use local property management companies. If we travel to the area again, we will look for vacancy within the Coastline Vacation Rentals portfolio.

Amazing Fall Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation in September. We had six adults, three that had to work several days while we were there and this home was so perfect for our needs. So much room to relax and work in. Also the location was in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the ocean and town. We enjoyed the gas fire pit on the balcony every night but there is also a wood fire pit on the grounds as well. The house is very well maintained and the property management team (Lauren and Nate) are so responsive and accommodating. It is obvious the owner takes pride in a well equipment and decorator home for the renters. We would love to make this an annual vacation home in the future.

Quiet area, good walking in neighborhood, well supplied house except only 1 toilet paper per bathroom. Would have appreciated 1 extra. Many games for entertainment. Too warm on first nite but Mable to open windows, air conditioners . need more lights in steps up to house door. Need a new frig. But we made it work and freezer in same room.My family loved your house.good vibes. Comfortable

Beautiful well appointed property in a perfect location. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary during the prelude event. This home housed our friends. Everyone loved it. Impeccably maintained, and super clean. Would highly recommend the property. Only note of caution, is that the home is on an incline, and there are three levels. Anyone dealing with a physical challenge (we had a person in our group), may have a little difficulty. We managed fine, but I think worthy of note. The property is otherwise pretty perfect, and I would highly recommend it!

Great House, Great Location!

This house was perfect for our stay. Clean, large and walkable to nearly everything in Kennebunkport. There were a couple issues (i.e. the fridge went out) and the property owners were very responsive and a person was sent to fix the fridge very quickly. If you want a comfortable house that is walkable to everything, this is the spot!

Beautiful and clean house for family trip

The entire process to stay at this property was really seamless. The house was so clean and absolutely stocked with everything you’d need! I’ve stayed at properties before that say there’s everything you’d need but don’t have it. This place really does have it all. Everyone enjoyed the fact there’s AC in each individual room and the backyard was a hit with the kids. Great spot for families!

Great House in a fantastic location

We rented the house for a full 2 weeks and had 9 people (4 older adults - the parents, 5 younger twenty somthings - the kids) and a lab in residence. The house was comfortable and spacious, with room for separate gatherings within our party (older adults in the family room, younger adults in the living room and basement). The location was superb. Generally quiet street (though a lot of nearby construction) with easy access (walking) to the beach, other ocean vistas and the port. It's really 4..5 or 4.6 overall rating, and with the remedy of certain very minor issues, this house would be a solid 5 star property. Conspicuously absent was an instruction manual for house systems (A/C, TV, other appliances, etc.). The kitchen faucet is touch controlled, but the control system is battery operated (and needless to say the batteries and the faucet died). A heads up on that issue would have made the scurried diagnosis a lot easier. Polyester sheets (everyone was waking up in the middle of the night covered in sweat, regardless of room temp) could be easily replaced with affordable (Amazon Basics) cotton sheets. Lighting in the kitchen is very dim (with no effective lighting over the island) making food prep after dusk very difficult. Lastly, the property needs weeding, the lack of significant gardening detracts from the overall aura of sophistication. Picky comments, yes, but constructive. This is a great property and with a couple of minor tweaks, it would be absolutely "killer". I'd recommend it highly to friends and family and we'd gladly return for another family vacation.
