Designed with modern and clear lines, the villa is in keeping with the latest trends and offers a high level of living comfort thanks to its tasteful layout for up to six persons.
The air-conditioned living area of approximately 160 m2 is divided between the main house and a pool house with separate access, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the master bedroom.
In detail, the following facilities are available:
- a large living/-dining room
- superb open-plan adjoining kitchen with all modern features
- master bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed
- full en-suite bathroom
In the opposite part of the villa you will find :
- bedroom 2 with double bed 160 x 200 cm
- bedroom 3 with double bed 160 x 200 cm
- shared bathroom for these two rooms
- separate toilet
In front of the living room, a spacious terrace is situated with a beautiful segmental arch roof that gives beautiful reflections of shadow. A high quality dining set is completed with a BBQ.
The independent pool house is equipped with a small double bed (130 x 190 cm in one corner) and a small bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. This part of the property is only suitable for two small children or one adult.
