In the quiet area of Préconil, 400 m from the center
 from the village of LE PLAN DE LA TOUR,

nice and bright family house for 8 people with swimming pool heated from June 1 to September 30, 3CH. 2SDB, STUDIO with 1 CH in mezzanine, SDD.

Modern decor.

Its living area is +/- 230 m2 and its garden is 1. 600 m2.

It consists of a very large living room with fireplace, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

On the ground floor is also the master bedroom, double bed 1m80 with large dressing room, bathroom with balneo bath and shower.

Upstairs, a double room 1m80 bed and a twin room share a dressing room and a bathroom with balneo bath and shower.

A studio with independent entrance, sofa bed, kitchenette, shower room and double room, bed 1m60 mezzanine.
All mattresses are very comfortable, recently replaced.

Beautiful covered terrace with outdoor lounge and dining area. Beautiful pool, jacuzzi and outdoor shower.
Gas barbecue.

Petanque. TV and WIFI throughout the house. Swing.

Orientation: FULL SOUTH! Possibility to visit the villa.
