If you want to heat the pool I pass along my gas cost which is $20 per hour. The heater will raise pool temperature 1-2 degrees per hour, the amount of gas used depends on outside temperature and keeping it covered when not in use. Most spend $60-$150 a day in the colder months to keep it at 80 degrees. Hot tub is electric and heating costs are included in the price of the stay.

We have plenty of space separation from my neighbors, we use Minut sound monitoring system to verify only when I get the Rare neighbor complaint, guests have always agreed they were being excessively loud outside after hours. 10pm - 7am is the Phoenix ordinance.
