Logement moyen

Trop bruant circulation a toutes heures. Ramassage des ordures le matin très tot. Voisin bryant en pleine nuit. Odeur dans les couloirs desagreable. Pas de place de parking avec le logement donc trop chère pour le loyer.

Endroit sympa mais de grave problème relatif à la location

Le chèque de caution à été encaissé avant même l’état des lieux de sortie pourtant le propriétaire assurait qu’il ne serait pas encaissé ! L’état des lieux d’entrée est fait de façon verbale et peut poser un problème à l’état des lieux de sortie !

Caution rendue immédiatement après constatation de l'erreur d'encaissement (le lendemain), dans son intégralité et plusieurs jours avant la sortie du locataire. Un état des lieux n'a pas à être forcément écrit.

palavas les flots

appartement très agréable . bien situé en face de la mer. propriétaire très gentil au téléphone qui vous renseigne bien sur les lieux et les activités. Par contre le messieur qui nous recoit ( et qui n'est pas le propriétaire) ne respecte pas les horaires d'arrivées (45min de retard pour l'arrivée et le départ). situation très désagréable lorsqu'on a une enfant de 2ans et un bébé de 10 mois.
