This has been a private unit for 15 years!! Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.



The views are amazing from this 7th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, a Full sized bed and a twin over full bunk in the 2nd bedroom for sleeping up to 7. There is a 50'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and a 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd bedroom.



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.



Parking: One parking spot is free with your rental. If you need an additional spot you will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Perfect spot

This condo was the perfect spot for us and the kids. Very clean and updated look. Awesome view of the ocean from the balcony. The kids really enjoyed the extra big indoor pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Great vacation spot

Our room was everything we had hoped for, clean and cozy with a great view. The condo/pools/hot tubs were kept clean with very nice staff. We were convenient to the shops and restaurants. We could Uber to many restaurants for under 10$. We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants also. The beach was beautiful! We had a wonderful 4day vacation for our 22nd wedding anniversary! Thank you!

Other then cleanliness it would be 5 stars

Overall very nice, well kept and convenient. My only complaint is the cleanliness. Floors were not clean, neither the ceramic tile nor the carpet areas in the bedrooms. Outside balcony floor was not the cleanest as well.Dishes were still in the dishwasher however overall the condo was very nice.

The living room picture did not match furniture. Maybe it was refurnished recently. The furniture was still nice. The master bedroom could use a mattress upgrade. Not super comfortable. Otherwise everything was great. The unit was nicely decorated and great views of the ocean!

Loved our family vacation in Orange beach. The condo was great, awesome view, bedrooms were separated a little which was perfect to give parents and teens a bit of space. Loved the double vanities in master suite. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. It rained a couple of days, but with the gym and racquetball room, we were able to keep two teen boys content even though we couldn't go to the beach. Awesome stay!

Great location but condo needs some love

Rating Details: PROS: -Check in and out was very easy. -The location is amazing. -The vacation rental was very clean. -Well stocked kitchen. CONS: -Second bathroom photo possibly uses a fish eye so the photo makes it look bigger than it actually is. -Second bedroom (with three beds) has no ceiling fan and it got HOT back there. -This unit needs some love. Reviewer Comments: This is my third stay, third unit at Phoenix VII. As listed above, the location is great! Views are stunning! It was so easy to check in and out! The unit was quite clean! The kitchen is well stocked! Unfortunately, this unit needs some extra love. The master bath toilet roll holder fell apart. We tried to fix it several times. We ended up putting the toilet paper roll on the floor. There was mold in the master bath shower, on the shower curtains as well as the ceiling. There was a hole in the sofa pillow and the bench in the entryway is covered in stains. Lots of dings/scuffs on the walls and lamp shades. I expected the unit to be better taken care of for the price.

The layout was spacious, the patio was great, and the access to the beach was perfect. We liked the location (East end of Orange Beach), with the only complaint being the difficult/dangerous exit onto the main road heading West (this seemed to be a common problem for all of the properties).The only minor issues were a general lack of supplies (1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, no kitchen hand soap, no tissues, etc). We picked up some of these items at the store, so it wasn't a huge deal (and maybe this was mentioned in the listing, but we missed it?).
