Beautiful property - Perfect location

Wonderful host met us on our arrival at the property, and available locally if needed. The property is located in a quiet, peaceful hamlet, yet only minutes away from amenities/restaurants and a breathtakingly beautiful coastline, with many spectacular beaches. Great walks and bikes rides on all sides, and attractive towns/villages in close proximity. The only sounds you will hear from the welcoming garden areas are the many varieties of birdlife. The interior of the property is spacious, well-appointed and exudes quality. It all made for a relaxing, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. A beautiful property in a perfect location.

Sehr schönes komplett renoviertes Haus am Rande einer kleinen Siedlung ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und wirklich sehr geräumig mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und zwei modernen Bädern mit großen Duschen und jeweils zwei Waschplätzen. Hier ist wirklich ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr schönen abgeschlossenen Garten mit Liegen und einem überdachten Grillplatz und ein kleines Nebengebäude, in dem man die Fahrräder unterbringen kann. Hinter dem Haus hat man dann einen Parkplatz für bis zu zwei Autos.Marie-Annick hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und obwohl wir beide kein französisch sprechen, war die Kommunikation problemlos. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig aber es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um von hier die Bretonische Nordküste zu erkunden. Mit vielen schönen Stränden, netten Städtchen und Cap Frehel und Cap Erquy direkt um die Ecke.Wie haben uns hier so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt spontan um eine Woche verlängert haben und kommen sehr gerne wieder.Danke an Marie-Annick und ihren Mann Josef, die uns diese wunderschönen zwei Wochen in ihrem Haus ermöglicht haben.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes, großzügiges Haus mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten, sehr ruhiger Lage und schönem überdachtem Sitzplatz mit Grill. WLAN und TV-Streaming (Amazon Prime, Netflix) möglich.Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und der Kontakt problemlos. E-Bike Abstellmöglichkeit vorhanden. Der traumhafte Strand ist mit dem Bike in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren.

Magnifique maison proche de la plage

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse ici en famille avec un petit enfant (moins d’un an).La maison était très propre et bien équipée avec tout ce dont on a besoin.Le lit bébé et la chaise haute ont été très pratiques pour nous.La propriétaire était très sympathique et facilement joignable, et nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement bien.La plage est accessible en quelques minutes en voiture, et il est possible de faire des excursions à la journée dans les villes environnantes (comme Rennes), accessibles en environ une heure.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.Merci beaucoup !

Gite à Plurien

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le gîte de Mr et Mme Barbu. Gite magnifique tant extérieur qu'intérieur, bien agencé et très jolie déco. Les propriétaires sont très accessibles et réactifs en cas de demande. Endroit très calme et proche des côtes et du cap Fréhel. Je recommande à 100% et j'y reviendrai certainement.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle longère entièrement rénovée. Maison tout confort, rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Gegend

Das Ferienhaus und das dazugehörige Grundstück ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Marie ist eine sehr freundliche, entgegenkommende Vermieterin und hat uns traumhafte Strände empfohlen. Wer Steilküste, bretonische Steinhäuser und Hortensien mag, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen.

Une sorte de rêve....

Comment dire? Est-ce que la perfection existe? Pour tout plein de choses... ben non, mais à Plurien, ben OUI !! Maison parfaitement agréable, sans que rien ne manque (On a chercher, comme pour un jeu de piste!!). Elle est claire, chaleureuse et confortable et si vous y apportez votre bonne humeur, votre joie de vivre alors vous serez au paradis. Mme Barbu, la maitresse des lieux, elle est un bonheur supplémentaire! 10 sur 10, et même 20 sur 20!

Schönstes Ferienhaus

Es war das schönste Ferienhaus das wir bisher gemietet haben. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und es war sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Man hatte viel Platz im Haus und im Garten. Der Garten mit den Liegen war sehr schön angelegt und unter der überdachten Terrasse konnte man auch mal bei schlechtem Wetter sitzen und grillen. Wir werden das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft!

Ein wundervolles Haus,sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet.Es ist alles vorhanden für einen total entspannten Urlaub in einer sehr ruhigen,ländlichen Umgebung.Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.Die Vermieter empfingen uns mit Crêpes und selbstgemachter Marmelade…so herzliche und liebevolle Menschen.Der Abschied fiel uns schwer.

Très bon séjour dans une superbe maison bretonne

Belle propriété entièrement rénovée et tres bien entretenue par des propriétaires tres accueillants. La location est tres bien aménagée avec un salon intérieur tres confortable et une terrasse extérieure protégée ou il fait bon profiter d’un barbecue ou des longues soirées estivales. Elle est idéalement située près des plages avec de superbes ballades a faire autour d’Erquy et du cap Frehel. On recommence vivement.

Wundervolles Haus mit wundervollen Eigentümern

Liebevoll renoviertes, mit Gechmack eingerichtetes Häuschen in einem ruhigen Weiler ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet,alle Räume hell und freundlich mit ausreichend Platz. Überdachte Pergola ideal zum Draußensitzen auch bei schlechtem Wetter, Garten sehr geflegt. Fahrräder im Schuppen fahrbereit. Prima, um morgens nach Plurien zum Bäcker oder kurz zum Strand nach Sable d' Or zu radeln (ca. 3,5km). Für größere Touren allerdings eher nicht geeignet. Lage absolut perfekt: ländlich und doch unweit wunderschöner Strände in der Umgebung, die in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind (sowohl eher einsame Strände als auch solche mit typischen touristischen Einrichtungen, Wassersport etc.). Baden fast überall unabhängig von den Gezeiten möglich. Atemberaubende Küstenwanderwege am Cap Erquy und Cap Frehel, viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung (Fort La Latte, Dinard, St Malo...) In Plurien gibt es Bäcker und Metzger, große Supermärkte wenige Autominuten entfernt. Aber das Beste: unglaublich herzliche und zuvorkommende Eigentümer, die sich sehr um ihre Gäste bemühen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit Crepes und Cidre empfangen und zwischendrin mit einem Korb Bohnen und Zucchini aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt, die wir gleich in unseren Speiseplan integriert haben. Alles sehr persönlich und keine Massenabfertigung, absolut zu empfehlen! Désolée Marie-Annick, j'aurais aimé écrire l'évaluation en français mais c'était trop difficile pour moi. Christine

Ein schönes Haus mit schönem Garten

Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Möbel sind ziemlich neu, die Betten gut, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte nichts. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich: Kleine Probleme waren dazu da, um von ihr gelöst zu werden - so besorgte sie z.B. umgehend ein Schloss für das Tor, damit unser Kleinster nicht allein auf Entdeckungstour gehen konnte. Danke noch einmal dafür! Toll ist die überdachte Ecke mit Tisch, Stühlen und Grill im Garten. So konnte man auch bei kleinen Regenschauern oder starkem Wind draußen essen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort, die sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Sehr ruhig & ländlich gelegen, modern und schick eingerichtet

Wer Stille mag und Abgeschiedenheit, wer Ruhe finden will, ist hier richtig. Die beiden Gastgeber sind supernett und das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich,sauber,.mit einer tollen neuen Küche, sowie sehr schicken Badezimmer. Zwei schöne Wochen dort verbracht!
