We are two seniors who wished to experience the Brittany coast, this being our second place. The outstanding characteristic here is the exceptional outlook, to the South, West, and North. With the rides, the ocean is always very interesting, and the sunsets amazing. One can easily walk to the beach and touristy part of the town. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The experience from the deck is unsurpassed, though not for the agarophobic. If one uses the garage, there are about 70 stairs, though we are accustomed to this, and there is an upper entrance that avoids the stairs. The hike that starts just in front of the house is one of the most picturesque in Brittany. We would stay there again

Très bel appartement avec vue panoramique sur Pleneuf Val André et la baie de Saint Brieuc.Equipements tres complets et literie tres confortable.MAISque l'acces est difficile.Cette precision devrait etre mentionnée dans la presentation car l acces est impossible a une personne en fauteuil roulant,sauf par un autre chemin non mentionné dans l'annonce et qui de surcroit est actuellement en travaux.Mais une fois à bon port, l'enjeu en vaut la chandelle.

Il est évident que l'implantation du manoir qui surplombe la mer n'est pas adapté à une personne en fauteuil roulant. Parmi mes clients, de nombreuses personnes âgées choisissent cet havre de paix. Genau wie im Buchungsportal gezeigt und beschrieben: Sehr schöne, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der obersten Etage eines wunderschön an der Steilküste gelegenen Hauses. Unseres Erachtens die absolute Top-Lage des ganzen Ortes. Blick vom einen Balkon übers Meer in den Sonnenuntergang und vom anderen über die Bucht von Val Andre. Wenn man aus dem Fenster übers Meer schaut, fühlt man sich ein bißchen wie in einem Leuchtturm. 10min Fußweg zum Strand, 15min in das schöne Badeörtchen, gemütlich, stilvoll, ohne Bettenburgen. Wenn man vom Haus die etwa 200 Stufen hinunter zur Mole geht, findet man dort ein sehr gutes kleines Restaurant, aber auch im Ort gibt mehrere gute Restaurants.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und angenehm.Wir können sowohl den Ort Pleneuf-Val-André als auch diese außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen!

Très bon séjour en famille, l' appartement a une vue exceptionnelle peu importe par quelle fenêtre votre regard est attiré, il y a tjs de quoi admirer le paysage et ses couleurs changeantes ,on se croirait sur un bateau,évidemment dès l'entrée dans l' appartement l' effet WAOUH est là.L'appartement est également spacieux ,confortable et propre,rien a redireMerci à Mr André pour son accueil chaleureux et sa bienveillance!

Une vigie idéale !

Nous avons évidemment apprécié le panorama exceptionnel offert par cet appartement, vers la mer, la côte de part et d'autre, mais aussi vers le coeur du Val André, sa plage, sa digue, les belles maisons balnéaires du siècle dernier. L'effet wahou est réussi, notamment la nuit. L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. La literie est excellente. L'accueil de monsieur André est parfait Tout est là pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Traumhafte Ausblicke wie vom Adlerhorst

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen, sehr sauberen und sehr gut ausgestatteten, vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommenen Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder, auch bei mäßigem Wetter, nimmt einen der Blick aufs Meer gefangen. Nah genug gelegen, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, weit genug entfernt, um seine Ruhe zu haben. Direkt vor dem Haus verläuft der GR 34, der zum Spazierengehen oder Joggen zum nächsten Strand einlädt. Jederzeit gern wieder!

Die Wohnung bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer, ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen und über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und bietet viel Stauraum für das Gepäck. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ort inklusive Strand, Restaurants und anderen Läden ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt zudem viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

L'océan à toutes les fenêtres !

Malgré quelques difficultés liées à l'état de santé de mon épouse, quel enchantement que ces promenades sur le chemin des douaniers et quel bonheur d'avoir pu dialoguer avec la mer et ses goélands fugaces, emportés et ramenés par un vent ébouriffant qui s'amusait à déchirer les gros nuages chargés d'ondées, pour édifier dans les ciels soudain purifiés des arcs paraissant jaillir des profondeurs marines. Le cap Fréhel et son phare, autour duquel tournoyaient des rafales à décorner les cocus les plus invétérés, restera un des grands moments de notre trop bref séjour parmi les escarpements rocheux d'un littoral au caractère bien trempé, celui-là même qui fait de la Bretagne une région que l'on quitte à regret, en se promettant d'y retourner.

Accueil très chaleureux. L'appartement de Philippe André est tout simplement unique avec une vue que nous n'avons jamais rencontrée et qui s'exprime de multiples façons ( couchers de soleiL plage , pleine mer, rochers et tout cela à environ 40 mètres d' altitude...).. L'impression de vivre dans un phare (très confortable...) est un plus.
