Things to Know
*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 and 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise, including grinding and banging, that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8 am and 5 pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods, the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside, with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
